Given that I’ve got some gains, I think I’ll continue on with the Newbie Routine and perhaps add some Ulis to the routine around the four-month mark. Does this sound like a wise thing to do?

Tips from the top! Thanks, Titleist. Do you think that Ulis have more chance of hindering gains at this point than being a decent girth-focused exercise?

Girth comes when it does, if that makes sense. Your doing well at growing now. Ride that wave. Uli’s will certainly help but don’t over do it. All growth is welcomed. I wouldn’t change a thing until growth ceases.

Hi, I started doing this routine almost a week ago too. I do a warm shower, 5 minute warmup with water and I’m currently on 30 jelqs.

You have nice gains, I hope I’ll get some too, I’ll continue to follow this post. Also, do you happen to keep any progress photos? I’m going to start my log in a week too. Thanks!

Hi letwink97, thanks for your reply! Sounds like you’re off to a great start. Might I recommend an IR lamp for your warm-ups/warm-downs?

I don’t plan to share my progress photos at this moment in time, but might well do if I meet my short-term goal! Also, starting a log is an excellent idea and will hopefully help you stay disciplined with your routines. Cheers!
