Hi SD24, thanks for your encouragement!

So far, I’ve been focusing on jelq quality as opposed to an arbitrarily high number of jelqs. For example, I’m “only” doing 100-110 jelqs at the moment, but each one is 5-7 seconds long and with a consistent pressure from the pubic bone to the glans.

I’ve also been doing these sessions in front of an IR lamp - I believe this has helped with expansion during my sessions, though I cannot say for certain as I have not measured yet (and don’t plan to until late next month).

Well done on your gains so far! It’s great that you’re seeing results so soon. May lots more gains come your way!
