You may have answered this previously but I am curious what IR light do you use for warm-up? I am using a heating blanked right now and I would like to explore hanging while keeping heat from the IR light on it.

10 minute warm-up with IR lamp
2 x 30 sec. stretch, DULRF
15 minutes of dry jelqs (with IR lamp)
3 x 5 minute clamp
10 minute warm-down with IR lamp
