Hello all. I’m quite obsessed with keeping the penis in an elongated state while not actively PE. Curious if anyone has tried this? I’ve just added 4 of the extended foam pads on, thus causing them to expand and wrapping the top one close to the glans with a loose O-ring. Enough to keep the foam in place, but not so tight that it causes circulation issues. Is this even worth it? Should my simple objective when cementing gains be to not “turtle” or should I be focusing on trying to be even more stretched out than I am now? It seems like it’s even possible to sleep with this thing on as it easily expands during mid sleep erections.

Seems to me a much healthier alternative is to try to stay hard for as much of the day as possible.

Anything that constricts blood flow isn’t good to be worn long term, and neither is having your skin in contact with an impermeable, artificial material. Skin is meant to breathe.

Your tissues also need time to regenerate and repair between workouts.
