Jelqed consistently for 2 months on, one month off 2 on again and now starting clamping. Saw 1/8” gain in MSEG from 5” to 5 1’8”. Saw BPEL go from 6.5” to 6.75”. Which all happened in the first few weeks at the beginning. But shortly after discontinuing jelqing, MSEG went back down to 5”.

I had worked my way up to like 25min of jelqing, and up to 20min of stretching. Always had at least a 5-10min hot shower warmup, stretching then jelqing.
I basically cannot overstretch my member it seems, as I never get sore from stretching when I’ve done stretching only routines. I also noticed My EQ go down due to jelqing possibly with too much pressure. After I eased up and just jelqed to the point of pressure where it still feels good, I seemed to gain (in the beginning).

I’m now attempting clamping with the cable clamp and using 2 layers of mouse pad as a wrap.
Warm up, 2sets x10min with some edging between sets. It does turn a bit red/purplish under the clamp, I usually click it almost as tight as I can go. How hard the veins get is kinda alarming, but I make sure I don’t feel any real numbness or pain else I’ll unclamp and massage.

I went the first 5 days clamping, and I’d say the first 3 days I actually felt sore, in the penis shaft which then went away by the 4th workout. Every once in a while I thought the end of the head felt sensitive, painfully ever so slightly that is. I never felt that kind of soreness with jelqing I don’t believe. So after the first 5 days, I changed my routine to 1 day off 1 on. Still at 10min x 2sets. I was sore the first 2 times when I switched to 1 on 1 off, but then the 3rd and 4th sessions haven’t made me sore really at all.

I measured a day after my fourth session of 1 on 1 off routine, and I measured right on 5” for MSEG. Kinda disappointing, not even a micro difference.

Should I add in a 3rd set of 10 min like most other people do? EQ is pretty good, nothing to write home about. I don’t want to put in more effort and time only to lead to over training (giant waste of time).

My goal is 5.5” MSEG and 7.5” BPEL

I feel that I should caution you about extended manual stretching. For many months, I also thought that I couldn’t possibly overstretch my member. This was right up until I got a T-vein injury while doing manual stretches for an extended session.

I didn’t know a thrombose injury could result from stretching, but I’ve never felt any pain like that before. I’ve even done a few nearly full strength stretches and still no pain, but EQ definitely goes down with stretching I know that to be a personal fact lol. I only hold my stretches for 30 seconds at a time then shake it out a bit to prevent redness, marks, head from becoming too red/purple etc.

I’m debating whether to switch back to a beginner routine, as clamping doesn’t seem to leave a good hang after. PI’s were just better with jelqing. This site teaches us to follow the workouts that produce good PI’s. So I’m likely going back to the following:

Simple 10min warmup
5min stretching
200 3 sec jelqs
Edging 5min

In my case, I did not feel any pain until after the injury occurred. I am not saying that you will get injured this way, but I’m sharing my experience in case this might help you avoid injury. I was stretching off and on (30 sec to 1 min followed by 1 min rest). I did this for about an hour and 20 min while watching TV. After the session I noticed a pea-sized bump on the shaft that later developed into a hard, bulging vein (T-vein symptoms). After this it was painful for several weeks doing anything PE or sex related.

Ok well I’ll hopefully be okay since my times are relatively short compared to what you were doing. And I’ll lessen the force just to be on the safe side, maybe try more time first if no length gains in 2 months. Thanks for advice
