Hey Yall,

It’s been about a month since I started PE and I’ve been keeping it on schedule as much as I can so I figure I’d start a progress report for myself and others to see.

Started May 01 with BPEL - 6”, and EG - 5”.

I’ve been doing a modified newbie routine, really simple and laid back. 5 minute hot warm up, 10 minutes of Jelqing, and 5 minutes of warm down. Not really going for length gains, happy to take whatever length comes along with jelqing so not stretches. I aim for 2 days on 1 day off, but sometimes with the weekend and seeing the girlfriend it doesn’t happen, but I at least get in 3 times a week.

So now it’s June 01 and I did a little measuring session just for shits and giggles not expecting to see anything as everyone’s said not to expect any gains for 6 months. However, I came in at BPEL - 6”, and EG - 5.25”.

So yeah, I guess I’m a quick gainer unless I measured wrong a month ago (really doubt that I did), but either way I guess I’m just gonna keep trucking along and see what happens over this month. Even if the gains are wrong, my EQ is definitely improved and I can easily maintain an erection while jelqing where as when I first started that was a challenge.

So I figure I’ll post and measure every month to see what’s up.

July 5th I measured BPEL - 6.25”, and EG - 5”.

So I’m measuring wrong somewhere or I’m fluctuating based on how much PE I squeeze into a week.

Still doing a 5 minute warmup. Now doing ~14-15 minutes of jelqing both over and underhand. Then a 5 minute warmdown. Doing some kegels throughout as well.

So yeah, my biggest downfall at the moment is consistency. I rarely get in 5 sessions a week due to a variety of life factors, but I’m trying to do it as much as I can. I’m thinking that the consistency is probably a huge factor in what makes this work as it’s constant expansion that makes anything stick, so I’m really gonna try and keep at it this month and hopefully see some change for August.

August 03rd Measurement:
BPEL - 6 inches
EG - 5 inches

Routine (Gets done whenever I can, 3-4 times a week):
5 min warmup
30 min jelqing
5 min warmdown

I see expansion post workout but nothing is sticking yet unfortunately. If anyone has any thoughts on whether or not I gotta up how much I do PE, or if I have to intensify the routine more to see some gains I’d love to hear your thoughts. Really just aiming to hit 5.5 on the girth.

September 1st measurements showed no erect gains.

Will not post back here until a gain happens or I decide to quit. Gonna just keep on dry jelqing until one of those things happen.

Still been just dry jelqing for 15 mins on whatever nights I can. Measured at 5.25 EG. Guess I’ll just keep on trucking.

You might could take a break. Generally, when gains stall as long as you’ve seen…you probably need a break to start over. This can refresh your chance at seeing gains with the routine you’re using. Cuz your penis is used to it now.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.
