Do I really want to do this again ?

I tried to measure today after breakfast, but like many users here my penis seems to get performance anxiety or stage fright. Haha. I could only manage a roughly 90% erection. 6.875 BPEL. 5.75 MSEG. 6.00 BEG. Try again tomorrow.

Also did 100 kegel jelgs and left and right under leg stretches 5 min each.

And did left and right fulcrum over thumb stretches at base, 1 inch, 2 inch; one good minute each. Really seems to isolate this one narrow tight cord upper left.

Feel great today after all the extender time yesterday. No soreness or irritation. Considering trying to add as much tension time as possible. Not necessarily max tension, but sort of along the lines of the constant tension of limb lengthening (minus the bone cutting). I am new to extending and just going by feel, and so far so good. Actually feels great.

And I continue to do well with the 3x per week pygeum. My morning kegel routine consists of lying on my stomach and stretching (pushing) the penis down between the legs while I do the kegels. At least 100 intense 1+ second kegels followed by 100 quick (roughly half second or even less) kegels. 2 sets for a total of 400. And yes, it is a lot of precum. My pulled down underwear gets soaked so that I do not soak the sheets. When I see it I still say “that IS a lot” but it is starting to feel normal, good, right.

Did 45 min hang (standing and sitting) at 1.9 lb followed by 15 min hang (with 10 squats and 5 min base massage) at 2.75 lb. The 2.75 feels fine except it took a bit to get the noose comfortable. Thinking about modified Bib hanger with velcro strap substituting for metal (yikes) clamp.

Did 2 hours of extending. First hour was mostly medium tension, kind of maintenance length work after hanging. Next half hour was medium-high tension, just to see how it felt. Good, but had to back off occasionally for glans coldness and numbness. Then 10 minutes high tension, then 10 min medium-high, then 10 min medium. Again had to back off every 5 minutes for glans. Noose had bunched up some skin on the top side, so that may have been contributing to numbness. Way back in the day I used lip balm around the skin near the glans when I would hang with a noose. May have to try that again. Also have the option of the hybrid strap.

And after, I did 100 gentle kegel jelqs as shaft massage and then 5 minutes of base / groin massage.

The tight cord I felt earlier is a blood vessel I think. I can get it to move around under full stretch, so I am pretty sure it is not a ligament.

Aside from the numbness (of which there is no residual now) I am feeling extremely positive about the extending experience.

Maybe a little too positive about extending? The noose definitely irritated my skin. I washed and rinsed with copious cold water and did a little ice massage. Then I applied some lip balm.

An hour later it felt great and so I did 240 kegel jelqs. Roughly 10 minutes.

Still thinking about continuous stretching, I decided to try the hybrid strap attachment. With the supplied sleeve I strapped myself in, and gradually extended up to a medium high intensity for 45 minutes. Then medium intensity for 10 minutes. Then high for 5 minutes. And finally medium for 10 minutes. The strap felt more comfortable than the noose (no surprise to most users).

Everything feels very good right now. See how it feels tomorrow. I am interested to know if maybe I overdid it today or if maybe this is the right level of effort and intensity.

Sort of restless sleep. Penis felt “twired” - tired and wired. This morning everything felt good, a little worn out, but really good. EQ was good throughout nite and morning. Irritation on skin just below glans; applied lip balm, yeah, it is like the skin is chapped.

Brief digression (rant) about wound healing: I had surgery a few years ago and one of my incisions was slow to heal. The doctors and nurses kept referring me back to my discharge papers and after care. But they were lacking any info. So after many web searches that provided no useful clinical advice I finally found one site that said essentially, keep moist with petroleum jelly. And they also referred to some studies. This was the key. Clean, dry, petroleum jelly, bandage. Within a few days it was looking much better. Also avoid antiseptics and anti bacterials because they can cause more irritation. Why doesn’t anyone explain these things?

Back to the constant tension hypothesis. Many users with good gains that I have read advocate some kind of constant tension. In particular, toobsnake is pretty well documented, and with a medical scientific approach, in addition to manual exercises and pumping and extenders, used sleeves with low weights as all day stretchers. Don Logan, also well documented, has an acronym ABS - always be stretching.

The idea of healing in an extended state and being under constant tension makes sense to me. Also it is easy and low risk with a sleeve. I just received the Chiroplax toe tube sleeves for all day stretching (shout out to Agenda21 for the idea). I ordered the extra large, and when I got them I though they might be too big. But the cloth covering over the silicone sleeve make them much stiffer. It took 10 minutes and KY jelly and much patience to get it on. At this moment I am wearing the 6 inch tube on my mostly flaccid and confused penis. You want me to be stretched out full length but not hard? Getting squeezed but not hard? Getting hard, nope, relaxing, okay. Wait. Getting hard again. No, no, okay.

Limb lengthening is a standardized medical procedure that keeps the soft tissues under constant tension 24/7 for 2 months. I know that the penis is unique, but on reading toobsnake’s posts, he talks about gaining approx 0.125 inch per month for month after month. This is less than 1mm per week. Limb lengthening targets 1mm per day. So all day stretching with a sleeve seems to make reasonable sense. Also, if one can get consistent measurements once a week, that is much better than daily inconsistent measurements. Even assuming the best, can one measure a 0.15 mm increase day to day?

So to sum up, increased workouts good, extender good, noose bad, sleeve good, constant tension good, penis confused, KY good, daily measurement bad.

Yesterday.

Extending, 90 min med. high, 15 min high, 15 min medium. Total 2 hours.

Sleeve constant tension 2 hours pre extending, 6 hours post extending. Sleeve feels maybe too tight, may need softer durometer or larger diameter. Glans often cold but never numb. Flaccid length in sleeve is approx 6.5 inch. May try substituting extender when possible for constant tension.

Approx 20 min edging with 100 or so jelqs to restore blood flow. Had to stay well below orgasm intensity because not having ejaculated this week it was too easy to get over stimulated. EQ was only medium. Glans felt slightly over stressed possibly from sleeve pushing up on it all day.

Medium soreness around base and groin. Light massage as needed to provide relief.

Today.

Morning EQ only medium. Will assess reducing PE routine intensity after EQ status tomorrow.

Morning wake up kegels 200 1 sec and 200 quick.

200 jelqs.

Extender 45 min med high, 15 min high, 60 min medium.

Continuing extender medium as constant tension.

Continued extender 15 min medium tension.
Figured out xmas tree netter method of applying sleeve. Did I invent this?
Made 5.2 and 10.5 oz weights from pill bottles and pennies.
Attached 5 oz weight to sleeve autoxtender style. Walked up and down street. 10 min.
Extender 40 min low, 60 min medium.
Attached 10 oz weight to to sleeve. Wore for 4 hours. Easy to remove weight and pull back for pee breaks.
200 jelqs.

Today:
Morning wake up 200 1 sec and 200 quick kegels.
100 Jelqs.
EQ med high. Erections during night. Improvement over yesterday. No glans soreness. Mild shaft soreness with small patch of irritation on top below glans.
Afternoon 200 jelqs. Squeezing more on sides and less on bottom, trying to compress corpora cavernosa more than corpus spongiosum in order to minimize glans expansion and growth while maximizing shaft expansion and growth and girth.
Continuing extender.
