These I pull from under my sac and engage my upper shaft in the grip .

Pulling and bending at the same time .

Great exercise .

20 CS Flaccid Pulls .

300 kegals , making only his shaft jump .

I’ll get the muscle name tonight .

The kegal that pulls your nads up , is part of the group that makes your shaft jump .

You have to isolate them .

Seems like the muscle attaches to the tip of your pecker .

At least that’s how I isolated it .

Evening I used my pumping time to grill chicken .
Every 15 min . I’d check my meat . LOL !!!
Tasted great !! The chicken .
So I got in 20 min . at 3-4 Hg .
Pumping is in essence an erection , so it shouldn’t have as much trama as stretching .
So I think I can pump more often than I have been .
Anyone think otherwise ?
