Got some great work done yesterday .

Abs are sore ! Good !!

Stretched the bod and reflexed several points .
Might write an article on reflexology for PE .
Different points for better sexual health .
Sunday is usually my day off PE .
But he’s been so woody lately , he needs a work-out .
Guess he’s over the vein thing .
Think with the bends , I helped open veins that were blocked .
I had no anything , bruise , pain .
Just a tension that’s now almost gone .
So today we did only rotary stretches .
2 sets - both directions - 120 reps . each .
Tug style , gripping behind glans .
100 Kegals - 30 sec . each .
Sac Massage - 100 reps .
Weighted DTR - 2 hrs .

Club :
Stretches - 20 min .
Flat Leg - 25 reps .
Planks - 3 min . + 20 Push-ups + 20 - 8 lb . Raises .
Leg Over Head — 30 reps .
Torso Twist - 2 sets - 60 lbs . - 80 reps . —- 50 lbs . - 20 reps .
Side Lifts - 45 lbs . 150 reps .

Hey dooks great consistency man. When will you be measuring again? I’d like to read that article on reflexology for pe. If you get around to it let me know.

The rest are on machines .
I can do legs apart , belly and shoulders on the floor .

Don’t know when I’ll measure again .
I hate my tape !

I do reflexology and I think it would be a great addition to PE .
I’m gathering my resources and put together something .
My block is getting pics to accompany the post .
Maybe just link to books with charts .
Think I’m limited to 1000 words .

JP’s 90 day routine is at the PEGym .
It’s a beginner routine to get your dick used to being exercised .
You can stay on it as long as you want .
Then you can do more advanced methods .
