BPSFL - 7.7 ” .
Caught him in two stages of stiff .
Early on , then I grabbed him again and pulled him !!
Off day from the club .
Decided we’d do some PE .
My smooth muscle is my limiting factor .
I’m using Bundling , Uli’s , and Tunica Tugs to let my SM catchup .

Been reading a lot about Tunica Tugs .
When pushing down the base with one hand ,
What you’re doing is pulling the skin back so you can grip the inner penis , ie: Tunica .
You grab him just behind where your glans connects the shaft .
Using the thumb webbing , you bend the glans forward , stretching the matrix .
Did 6 reps . - 30 sec , each . Alternating hands .
Had to wait for him to soften before I could do them correctly .
6 - Bundled Stretch- Pulls . - 30 sec . each .
Used about a 360 degree twist .
Was going to do some Uli’s , but he felt tired inside .
Oiled him up for some edging .
20 - Skin Stretch - Bends . - going against my CC shape .
Did these with a 50 EQ .
Weighted DTR - 3 hrs .

Ha , I had a friend with that name !
Yes , I’m lax in not updating .

I’m looking to up my routine to let my SM grow .
I haven’t had a lot of growth for a while .
Last time I measured , he was 6.6 ” BPEL .
Been getting a longer flaccid of late .
Now doing some Uli’s and bundling .
We’ll see in a few months .

Thanks! I also subscribed to yours. I hope you gain all the gains you are aiming for. Keep at it. I know the gains will come. Just keep working as hard as you have been and then some. You’re consistency is something everyone should learn from. By the way did you ever get a look at the wrapping videos?

My friend at Thunders advised me that I should let him rest a few days .
So today we’re just doing light lubed skin stretches .
Massaging the base where the dorsal nerve lies , he sprung a #10 wood !
Didn’t work him , just let him be full and fat .
