Ahhh ok but a 1 inch bigger soilder is still some numbers you must be happy off:)
Well my stats is 6.1 NBELP, about 0.5 inch + BELP, I’m fit so got a low bf %. My mid girth is 5.2 inch and base girth 5.7 inches. Started PE last week but as you can read in my thread Had never heard of PE until 3 days ago, Will give it a try is forced to hold back a little this week

Hope your gains start to come again, like going to the gym you reach plateaus, just rethink and go harder

Woke me about 3 am .and got 100 2 sec . P-P-J- + 40 count Uli Squeeze .
After waking he got the same .

Read that you need a day between doing Uli’s .
I use a progressive over hand squeeze , one finger at a time closing to complete the Uli .
What I did the other day made him lay his head down in flaccid land . LOL !!!

Finally got my heating pad !
Now I can heat him well .

Ha , got him before he got me !

Been experimenting with doing inner pulls and shaft pulls together in one pull .
Gave him 100 Erect 2 sec . full type pulls .
Then after he lost some stiffness , 50 shaft pulls by themselves .
Just to see the effect .

Feels like I’m getting a better pull isolating shaft from inner .
Inner the same .
R + D . Had to try .

Did yoga today at the club .

Strange day again .
Cold and windy .
He got me up about 4 am and I treated him to 40 - inner , 60 - shaft Erect P-P-J ‘s .
Was going to continue with flaccid ones later , but he said he was tired .
Thinking I should stop doing Erect P-P-J’s , just Plump ones .
I get blood moving while Erect , but it makes him tired later .

Thought about doing the Uli Squeezes .
Tomorrow .

Wrapped my tube with my hot pad for Dynamic Pumping .
40 min . 3 - 6 Hg .

DTR - 2 hrs .

I gotta get back to my routine !
Don’t usually like routines , but “pecker” loves them !

Had great wood when waking me .
Gave him 100 Erect 2 sec . P-P-J this morning .
Little later thought he’d calmed down a bit , but he was still woody .
So we shared another 100 P-P-J , along with a 60 count Uli Squeeze . With a forward bend .
Alternating hand grips .
I was using a slow pinch movement , slow and deliberate .

Thought he would get flaccid , but guess he liked the workout .
After them I gave him some Uli sideways Bends , 40 count , targeting his upper shaft .
Applied 100 kegals after our PE .

After the gym we did JP’s P-P-Rotary Stretches with kegals .
And 60 more P-P-J’s .
Used the heat pad several times .

Have to rethink my idea from yesterday .
He says he’s 7 .3 ” SFL !
