Sitting on the commode , 50 knee leg raises .

Sitting at back door on stool - 50 raises .

In bed - 50 leg raises from a laying position . twice .

Limping through the house - 15 min . total .

Sitting at computer - 20 min . total .

The goal is for my leg swelling to reduce and muscle strength to increase .
