The fabric piece effectively prevented swelling around the meatus, no pseudo-blister from the slightly lighter session of gradual 3min weight increases, 30min @ 7lbs and 15min cold @ 8lbs. However, some weird micro-bruising on the side of my glans, never got anything like that. It was mostly gone this morning, I figure it’s at the spot where the fabric ended and another higher vacuum spot was created. Next time I’ll try with less fabric, but so far this is encouraging. Eventually I might have to just get a better fitting vacuum cup.

Just did minimal kegels this morning, will do more tonight since I won’t be hanging.

Normal Kegels got boring real fast, and I figured I would try something: do my standard WK with edging in the morning, and then have a dry orgasm at the end. I had always refrained from this as I was under the impression my PC was too fatigued at the end of the workout for it to work. Well, it worked. I must admit the little break from intense WK meant my PC was in awesome shape this morning, but I think I can replicate this by taking it easy for a while towards the end of the session, even on days where EQ is lower / PC is more fatigued. Anyways, this solves my problem completely, as I get the necessary release to not be "sexually minded" all day, but by not ejaculating I also don’t get any dip in drive/energy. I would rate EQ as 9.5 today, and I broke my PR for a single set @ 1lb, 75 reps.

Gonna hang again tonight, same slightly reduced session, this time with a bit less fabric.

I had a new idea for reducing the pseudo-blister situation. Since the problem seemed to be caused by my glans now being a bit too wide for the cup, I taped around the glans first and overall did a tighter tape job. It slid right to the very bottom of the cup! Proceeded with the reduced session, and am glad to report that the swelling was minimal when I removed the tape, despite a small vacuum having accumulated. I will go forward with this technique, but still hang only 4 days/week. Will probably up the weight to 8 hot, 9 cold instead of 7 hot, 8 cold, but keep the shorter duration (1 hour total hang time).

This morning I again didn’t feel like edging, so I did standard Kegels followed by sub-edging WK. My strategy for these is to do sets of 15, and chain as many of them as I can in 25-30 minutes. My hardness level actually surprised me, I think I might be onto some other useful variation. I will alternate these with edging, dry orgasm WK when I feel like it. No hanging tonight, back at it tomorrow.

Skipped WK entirely today, no reason except lack of time. I am still planning to hang tonight. Measured BPSFL because my unit felt longer, especially flaccid, and registered another solid 1mm increase, which puts me at only 1mm under my previous all-time high. Considering that the all-time high was achieved with very sub-par EQ as compared to the pristine EQ I have right now, this has me very excited. I think I might break through the all-time-high for my official measuring date, Oct 15. Also measured NPBEL last night as I’ve been losing some weight recently, solid 5.7", which again corresponds to my all-time high.

I did find time for a sub-edging WK session yesterday after all, went great. Good hardness levels despite the sub-edging stimulation. The hanging session went good with the new taping and higher weights, however I did get a bit more swelling than last time. I think it’s time to change my silicone sleeve as it’s been stretched over time. I believe this is how some tiny amounts of air can get inside the chamber and lead to the slow swelling of the tip. Will change it for tonight’s session. Sub-edging WK again this morning, harness levels a bit down, but I’m pretty stressed with work these days so couldn’t concentrate really well. Nothing alarming in any case.

Hate to say this, but work has gotten so intense lately (with no end in sight for the next 1-2 months) that I have to temporarily pull the plug on PE. I’ll still keep doing WK every now and then, as before. And I will take a last set of measurements soon and report here before an extended absence. Overall this has been a success, and when I get back to PE I’ll focus on hanging + WK again, seems like I still have some length gains in me with the proper dedication (and time, which I don’t have right now).

Just measured at 6.88" BPEL (without stretching like I previously was doing) x 5.5" MEG. It seems like regular hanging was having a temporary effect on girth (last measurement was 5 5/8), and BPEL went up another mm, which might actually be my all-time high if accounting for my previous "cheating" way of measuring. I am very happy with these numbers and cannot wait to get back to hanging when time allows. I might do a PPPEL measurement over the weekend if I find the time. Duke over and out (for the moment).

So did a final set of measurements (no PPPEL, might do it later on):

7.27" BPSFL, which is just shy of my 7.31" all-time-high that happened about a year ago. The big difference is that I maintained pristine EQ this time with the WK.
6.88" BPEL. Already had measured that but glad to see it hasn’t changed in about a week. As mentioned, this might be an all-time-high for me.
5.5" MEG. Seems to hold on, which is really amazing to me. Maybe attributable to higher EQ?

Good news is, the work situation was more temporary than I had anticipated. Will be getting less responsibilities in around a month, and I intend to get back into regular hanging then. I hope BPSFL won’t shrink too much until then, might do just a bit of manual stretching to try and maintain. My idea is to push through that 7.31" BPSFL all-time-high and see where this gets me. From then (mid-November), my plan is to ride the length train as far as it will take me for around a year. Then, I would focus on girth for another year, after which I would switch in maintenance mode forever. I am already very happy with my dick, and 2 years is pretty much all I’ve left to give to serious PE.
