The fabric piece effectively prevented swelling around the meatus, no pseudo-blister from the slightly lighter session of gradual 3min weight increases, 30min @ 7lbs and 15min cold @ 8lbs. However, some weird micro-bruising on the side of my glans, never got anything like that. It was mostly gone this morning, I figure it’s at the spot where the fabric ended and another higher vacuum spot was created. Next time I’ll try with less fabric, but so far this is encouraging. Eventually I might have to just get a better fitting vacuum cup.
Just did minimal kegels this morning, will do more tonight since I won’t be hanging.
