EQ levels restricting me from PE
Hey all, so I have only been doing PE for about 6 days (not including rest days) and I have noticed my morning wood started to get less and less to the point where by day 4 of my PE I no longer had any morning wood. I have taken about 4 days off and it is slowly starting to come back. I do not want to stop PE because I have already noticed very good flaccid gains, no erect gains yet but I wasn’t expecting any this early on. I have done some reading on here and saw a post where it was mentioned that I might just be fatigued? I don’t know though because I have no random erections or anything of the sort. I don’t want to screw myself over but I also don’t want to stop? Suggestions?
Heres my routine:
Day one I started with:
5 Minute hot wrap
6 minute of stretches
70 jelqs
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels held for 5 seconds
I continued with this adding 10 jelqs per day and 1 second extra to all my kegels
The last day that I did my routine it consisted of
5 minute hot wrap making sure I had constant heat
10 minute stretches (30 seconds ea)
120 jelqs
5 min hot wrap
9 sec kegels
EL: 6 EG:: 4.5
