Girth Routine AdviceInput
I’ve done PE on and off for years. Completed the newbie routine several times and gained nothing. Tried hanging, gained nothing. So I’m forgoing the quest for length for now until I can invest in a phallosan I think.
Focusing instead on girth, that’s what my wife enjoys anyways after bathmate sessions.
I haven’t taken measurements in some time so I’ll have to do that to gauge progress.
The routine I’ve come up with is almost solely for girth, I did my first round today and got good indicators.
AM Session: In the shower under hot water
4, 30 seconds bundled stretches (Twice turned in each direction) as Warm Up
Wet Jelq - 10 inverted v, 10 normal (2-3 seconds) at 80% erection. 5 rounds
4, 30 second squeezes at 80%
4, 30 second erect bends clamping pressure at base with hand (once up, down, left, right)
2, 30 second sadsacks
PM Session - 5 to 10 minutes in bathmate
Every 2 weeks I will add 5 seconds to exercises until reaching 1 minute and 1 round to jelqs. After that I’ll add sets. I plan to follow this for 12-20 weeks before taking a deconditioning break.
And I may look into wearing a “loose” cock ring throughout the day following the AM session.
So, thoughts?
