Growing my mast to new heights

Its tough logging my time during the weekend but I’ve been keeping up with the same routine, 150 wet jelqs and 14min of stretching (keeping my unit warm throughout). My BPFSL has increased to 6.75” for the last two days which is exciting! I have no set schedule for rest days and tend to just take 1 day off a week and keep the forces of tension and grip as low as possible. I hope to hit 7” BPFSL by next week!

8min warm up
150 wet jelqs 3-5 sec stroke
Hot shower with 2min bundled stretching (1min twisted each direction)
14min manual stretching under IR light - 2 to 3min holds Down, SO and Up
Extend unit until it returned to body temp.

Flaccid is hanging low and my dick feels fatter in my hand, all good signs. Had major wood this morning which hasn’t been the norm for the last week even though my EQ has been great when it comes to getting hard.

This mornings routine went great! All yesterday I felt like I had blue balls and that feeling is continuing into today. I’m going to take tomorrow off and see if that takes care of it.

Still on the grind with the same routine! I’m really enjoying doing my jelqing before stretching.

I’m going to start measuring in cm to improve my accuracy and today my BPFSL was 17.1cm (just a hair over 17).

Next week I add 25 more jelqs and 3 minutes of stretching to my routine. I always take at least 1 day off a week, but that day is random and when I think my penis needs it.

Added a 3 minutes v-stretch into my routine. Updated routine is looking like this;
5-10min warm up
150 wet jelqs (stroke speed varies from 3 - 5 seconds)
warm shower to reheat the tissue
17min of stretching under IR light
Warm down by holding penis extended until it reaches body temp (maybe 3 minutes)
Traction wrap for 2-3 hours after routine

When stretching I do 2 sets of the following which totals 17min.
2min UP, 2min SO, 3min SD 1.5min V-stretch

I plan on adding 3 minutes of stretch time every 2 weeks until I start to see gains. When this happens I will maintain routine until gains stop. I am still measuring 17cm BPFSL and doing my best to stretch as easy as I can with a slooooow stretch. I feel like I’ve it a plateau even though I haven’t gained anything yet lol

New Job

I’ve started a new job and this has affected my PE routine. Due to a lack of time I have started to do a split routine. I’ve been doing my 150 jelqs in the morning and doing my 17min of stretching at night.

I plan on increasing both of these exercises next Monday because I haven’t see any change in my BPSL…. in fact I’m down from 17cm to 16.5cm.

I haven’t been able to use my IR light when stretching and this might be the cause for my drop in BPFSL.

200 wet jelqs
Hot shower warm down with low pressure bathmate

Night
5min heat
20min of stretching SD, SO, UP, A stretch
5 Warm down

This is my new split routine. I take 1 to two days off a week but I don’t have a scheduled off day.

I took the weekend off but I’m back this week with the same routine except No bathmate. Might add 10min of stretching after my jelqs if I have time in the morning.

I haven’t been able to post as much as I used too and I feel like I’m loosing touch with the community. Hope everyone’s doing well. :D

10min A-Stretch

Warm shower - with super light bathmate every other day

Night routine
5min warm up
24min stretching - 2min holds (UP, SD, SO A-Stretch)
5min warm down

Haven’t made any gains yet and I’ve been increasing my time/ tension very slowly. I need some pointers!!!
