This past week and a half I have been doing my best not to do any forms of PE but this morning I tried on my extender for 10min. In this short amount of time I realized that when I was wearing it in 2018 I had the tension dialed in to high causing my glans to slide out of the noose or the noose would pop out of the rungs underneath. The noose still popped out from the rungs underneath but it was toward the end of the 10min. Most of this time off I have been focusing on edging and rebuilding some of the bedroom stamina I’ve lost over the last couple years due to anxiety and I have to say that edging is paying off! I am much more aware of my PONR and I’ve been working on breathing techniques to lower excitement.

On a side note, I found this sweet PE spreadsheet for documentation.

It was pretty amazing. I’m not sure if its because I haven’t been doing any PE for almost 2 weeks but I could really feel the stretch without having high tension.

Howdy! I’m taking a third week off and will start back up with the newbie routine the beginning of next week. Feeling good about this new start… hopefully it will produce some GAINS!

1st Day Back

Warmed up with a hot shower
5min stretching - 30 seconds up, down, left, right, straight.
75 wet jelqs with very light grip under IR light
5min IR light warm down

Dicks feels great. EQ is back to 9 or 10 and looks veiner than ever. I definitely needed to decon and now I know how my unit feels when it needs a break. I’m going at this routine with a 2 on 1 off schedule and will increase intensity much slower this time.

Thanks! It feels good to be back. This time around I’m going to make PE more fun and relaxed which I hope will kick start some gains.

Same routine as yesterday but added 10min of edging after my warm down. Didn’t have great EQ this morning due to some relativity heavy drinking last night… I hate Mondays.

Felt rushed today when doing my workout. Tomorrow I will make sure to leave myself more time.

Good workout today. I did some edging for 20min when I woke up. Took a 1.5 hour break then I did my routine; 5min stretching, 8min wet jelqing (I lost count somewhere around 50 jelqs) all under the IR light. After my routine I wrapped my tool in with an ace bandage to keep me stretched out and will stay wrapped for 3-4 hours. EQ has been great and I’ve been able to last longer while edging. Tomorrow an off day so I plan only doing some piss-pulls and maybe edge a little bit.

Hot shower warm up
5min stretching - 30 seconds up, down, left, right, SO x2
10min wet jelqing (I lost count again :( )
5min warm down
10min edging
3 hours Traction wrapping with an ace bandage
Random piss-pulls and kegels throughout the day

Feeling good about this 2 on 1 off schedule as my dick is responding well. I’m thinking about increasing stretch time within the next week or 2. Doing my best to take it SLOW! EQ has been great and more responsive since I stopped watching porn. Gains are on the horizon.
