Post how you get on with it. I gave up on the heat pad to warm up as it got too hot and couldn’t balance it right. Using a 15min edge as warm up. Lamp would make a big difference if this works out!

Last week wasn’t a very consistent PE week for me because of my business trip. I got a couple workout days which consisted of mostly stretching after applying heat but no jelqing. I plan on continuing my routine until the end of the week and then I take a measurement! My EQ dropped while I was on this trip but I think that was due to stress and should bounce back this week.

I’m going to get an IR light this week from amazon to assist me while I PE. Feeling optimistic and know I’m on the right track!

IR Light Has Arrived

Got the IR light in the mail today, thanks internet. Set it up, whipped it out and did 100 jelqs. First thing I noticed was how hot the light was from the second I turned it on. This heat caused my unit to loosen up after a couple minutes and then I began jelqing. The heat during the work out definitely felt good. I’m excited to see how it effects the routine tomorrow morning!

I will report in about my results with the light. I can already tell from one use it will be beneficial.

Reporting in! Stretching felt great with the IR light but I had difficulties jelqing afterwards. I couldn’t keep 50-80% erect and it was tough to even get it to that point. Would it be wise to jelq and then stretch? Or separate the two into a day and night time routine? Depending on my EQ tonight/ tomorrow morning I might take tomorrow off from my routine and just apply heat when I can throughout the day.

Also, wear some sunglasses if your using a IR light… it’s super bright even if you don’t look directly at it. Plus you’ll look cool when your pullin your dick!

I split mine across sessions but that’s due to time restraints.

Good to know! I’ve heard people doing split sessions but haven’t consistently tried them myself. I’m thinking this might be the way to go moving forward but we’ll see this weekend when I measure up! If I produce any gains I’m going to stick with what I’m doing. If not, I’ll be looking to you guys for some help creating a new routine.

No Gains Yet

I took my measurement this weekend and It looks like I haven’t gained anything, haven’t lost anything either. I’m going to do a super light routine this week.

5min warm up with heating pad
6min stretching with IR lamp (N, S, E, W, and SO)
50 Jelqs of 3-5 seconds
5min heating pad then hot shower

After this week I’ll probably take the rest of the month off to let my unit relax. What does everyone think?

Ended up stretching for 12min today under the lamp, did 75 jelqs after a shower and ended with 7min of edging. I don’t think stretching for 6min is enough time to FULLY stretch my unit. I try and do 1min holds each time and I believe it takes a full minute (at least) to achieve this.

Something I’ve noticed with a reduced routine is I have the time to really execute the exercises correctly. I can already tell the quality of my jelqs has improved in just these two days. My morning wood has come back with a vengeance which is a good sign. Keep on tuggin.

Great workout today!
5min heating pad warmup
11min stretching under IR light
10-15min hot shower with 5min bathmate just to restore circulation (VERY LOW pressure maybe 2hg)
75 wet jelqs - 5 second strokes
5min IR light as a warm down

I don’t think I’ve mentioned it but I do kegels and reverse kegels periodically throughout the day. Always holding for 10 seconds each.

I think the IR light is really effecting my routine in a positive way. I feel like I’m stretching farther and my flaccid is hanging longer after stretching. I should record a BPFSL to see how big of an effect its having. I do have one concern, how does this effect the testicles? Should I be worried about the heat from the light and how to I protect my nuts against any harm that may come from using IR lighting?

New week

This mornings session was great, I think I’ve figured out the correct way to stretch… FINALLY!
Todays workout looked like this
10min heating pad warm up
13min stretching under IR light in all directions - 1min holds minimum.
100 wet jelqs under IR light - 5 second strokes
5-7 minute bathmate while taking a shower to increase circulation (super low pressure. so low I didn’t even reach my BPEL)
10min warm down in the shower

Today I jelqed before I used the bathmate and for me this felt less effective. Tomorrow I’m going to revert back to last weeks order of exercises my jelqing felt more effective last week than today. I also have to figure out how to time myself while I use the bathmate in the shower…

This order of exercises works best for me

Today I woke up delighted to feel my wife grabbing my dick, which was exceptionally hard this morning. I played it off like I was still asleep so she started grinding on me and long story short we did the horizontal monster mash… sex. I wasn’t sure how this would effect my routine which I normally do in the morning but everything went great. I felt like I was getting better elongation while I stretched most likely because I felt more relaxed. Jelqing took longer than normal only because it took a little extra time to get up to an 80% erection but they still felt effective. I think I’ve honed in on the correct order of exercises that can maximize my workout, they are as follows.

Morning
10min Heating pad warm up
12-15min Stretching all directions under IR light (60-90 second holds)
5-7min bathmate in the shower to restore circulation and keep my unit warmed up (REALLY low pressure)
100 wet jelqs under the IR light (5 second strokes)
5min Heating pad or IR light warm down

Night
I do some light stretching before bed (5min) and last night I did 50 wet jelqs. I’m going to continue this routine for the next 2 weeks with a 2 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off schedule, increasing stretch time and number of jelqs when I think I’m up for it.

On a side note I pulled out my vac extender and strapped that on for a 3 hours today taking a break every hour to see how I’m responding. Overall it was nice to get back in the extender but realize I’m going to have a hard time using it until I tell my wife about PE. Long post today… I’ll keep it simple next time :D
