Today is a scheduled off day so I woke up and tried my hardest not to do any PE… and failed miserably hahaha. I ended up extending my unit SO for 5 minutes then did 50 wet jelqs followed by 15min of edging. I do kegels everyday on my way to work but have never kept count.
I’ve been on a 5 on 2 off routine for so long it feels unnatural for me not to do any PE during the week before work. I’m going to try harder to stick with the new schedule 2 on 1 off then 3 on 1 off.
My morning wood was more like mulch… plump but not hard. I think extending for 3 hours yesterday really took an effect.

I’ve been on track and doing my routine! I had to visit family this past weekend so it was tough to workout on Saturday but I did get some stretching in. I’m sticking with a 2 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off schedule.

Today’s workout
10+ min heating pad
15min stretching in all directions under IR - 90 seconds holds
5min pump at 1HG
50 wet jelqs (I wanted to do 125)
hot shower warm down.

I didn’t have enough time to complete all my jelqs today but that’s okay, I’ll get them in tonight. I also tried to use my regular pump instead of the bathmate and it didn’t seem to have the same effect. I think it was because I went straight from stretching into the tube without giving my unit some time to recover. My jelqs didn’t feel very effective either and I think it was caused by the same thing, fatigue from stretching. What I’m learning from this is I can be more effective during my routine if I have the time to space things out a little bit. Starting tomorrow I’m going back to the bathmate for a super low pressure pump in between stretching and jelqing. This time in the bathmate is crucial for me to regain circulation, heat the tissue with hot water AND give myself a little break before I jelq. I’m also considering doing a split routine morning and night because rushing through PE makes the whole routine less effective.

I’m really impressed you’re being so consistent when you are pressed for time. In any dedication that’s the first test and this seems like a massive pass to me!

Thanks Hame! I’m going to keep this momentum as long as I can. I just wish the gains would show up…. either way I’m having fun trying and learning a hell of a lot about penis health in general. 👍🏼

Today Is An Off Day

I’m sticking with my routine and schedule and today is a day off from PE. The last two days I’ve done a split routine which I think is better for me time wise.

Morning
10+min heating pad
15-18min stretches all directions under the IR light
5min bathmate low pressure to regain circulation.
15min Hot shower warm down

Night
5min warmup IR light
100 wet jelqs - 5 second strokes
50 wet jelqs - 2 second strokes
5min warm down under the IR light.

I’m going to increase my stretch time to 20-25min and maybe decrease my jelqing. I want to gain length damnit, and I feel like I’m on the verge of hitting the sweet spot. Any recommendations about a 20min stretching routine?

Yesterday and today I’ve increased the stretching portion of my routine to 20mins but everything else has remained the same. I work from home on Fridays so I’m currently wearing my vac extender after my stretching session and will keep it on for 2 hours. There is virtually no tension on the extender and I have it on just to keep me stretched out after my manual exercises.

I’ve had some pretty good morning wood this week and I think its because I’m jelqing at night. I’m not sure if there’s a correlation there or not but its been happening more since I started this split routine. I’ve also been edging after my jelqing sessions when I can.

I’ve increased the amount of stretch time to 20/22 minutes in the AM and added 5min of light stretching before I jelq at night. Routine has been going great! The split sessions really allows me to focus on what exercise I’m doing instead of rushing through everything in the morning. Tomorrow is a scheduled off day so I’ll update my current routine then.

5min stretching - 30 seconds all directions
100 wet jelqs - 5 second strokes

I will continue to increase my stretching time every week until I start getting negative PI, then I’ll back off a little bit. My erections have been hard as steel lately and cant wait to measure next week.

Morning wood woke me up out of a dead sleep today. Stretched 23min this morning. Cant wait to do some jelqing tonight and some edging after my session. If I don’t have time to edge after my jelqing I will before bed. I’m trying to increase my stamina and I hear edging is the way to go. Any edging tips would be appreciated.

When you start the edging, don’t get too close to the PONR at first as it’s easy to suddenly slip over. As you get used to it you can begin to flirt with the PONR once your control is better. There a load of good threads on here too.

I’ll steer clear of the PONR! If I catch myself saying “just one more time I can handle it” I’m just gonna stop lol

Measured yesterday and it doesn’t look like I’ve gained anything. I’m starting to think my unit doesn’t want to grow but I’ll measure again soon.

Starting out the week with the same routine. Might up stretching time during the second half of the week.

Go for it! And if you fail the first few times don’t beat yourself up over it, it’s easy to slip.

Are you still getting positive PI and/or EQ gains?
