Haven’t been able to do a full night routine in the past 2 days. Things have been crazy at work and could only manage about 10min of stretching at night.

Dick is looking fatter and hanging lower. I think it’s because of the jelq and slow and ver low pressure bathmate combo.

Going to start PE again.

March 1st I’ll begin with the newbie routine.
5min stretching and 25 Jelqs, 1 day on 1 off.

I’ll do this for a couple weeks and then increase time and reps.

I have a 5.7” BPEL and 5” girth.

Haven’t increased in size yet… I think I was going at it to hard in the beginning.

Hot shower

6min stretching 20 rotary stretches 30 wet jelqs.

5min heating pad

It’s been another 2 weeks… time to increase my time and reps. Moving forward this will be my routine.

10min heat
7.5min stretching and 50 wet jelqs
10min heat
1 day on 1 day off

I try to do some edging after my routine but don’t always have the time.

Month 3

Starting up my 3rd month back and this is my routine as of late.

10min warm up
15min stretching all directions - 1min stretches
100 jelqs
10+ min warm down

I do this 2 days on 1 off.

No gains yet but my morning wood is everyday and the erection is strong.
