Results after one month of hanging
9-26-19

4 days on/ 3 days off
20 minute sets
Minimum of six sets in the morning and six in the evening. Total of 12 sets a day (four hours a day totaling 16 hours a week/ 48 sets a week).
Sometimes I get upwards of 15-18 sets a day. A few times I only managed nine sets in a day. The goal is a minimum of 12.

Around half an inch length in just over a month is quite impressive. How much weight did you hang ?

Yeah, tell me about it. I’ve been hanging 10 lbs, mostly SO and SD.

That is a lot to start with, I was thinking about starting off with just 1-2 lbs lol, but then again this is probably all my setup could take, if even that.

I did, but a few years ago. I’ve been extremely inconsistent with my PE-ing, let alone my posts, which explains my limited threads and posts over the three years I’ve been on Thunder’s. I didn’t want to post anything if no one could actually learn something from it. I’ve jelqed, hung, pumped, done bed fowfers and worn an ADS at various times for various lengths of time but not all at the same time over the past three years after the Newbie routine. That’s been my unstructured maintenance program. Which I haven’t posted about because no one can really learn anything from an unstructured, unrepeatable routine. So, I haven’t lost size since my original stats back in 2016. And I wouldn’t call these newbie gains since I’ve already had those.

Recently I’ve been working out of state (for better and for worse) and I have some privacy from my family. So using the time wisely.

I’ve been working 4-10hr days, then I’m off for three which explains my 4 on/3 off approach. I would hang every day per Bigger’s advice but I have a wife and kids and I don’t have the privacy for that at home but on my days off I at least try to have some form of ADS on at almost all times and/or I try to do at least one set on each off day. As of this week I’m working 5-8hr days moving forward so one more full day of hanging will be available.

I hang a minimum of 12-20 minute sets per day which is equivalent to four hours a day. That’s my minimum. Which comes out to 48 sets or 16 hours a week. Some days I’ve managed 15 sets, a couple of days I’ve only managed nine.

I just try to maximize my time. I don’t know how long this out of state job will last so I’m just trying to take advantage of every minute of it. Even on my off days I find I can at least hang one set. And that’s always when everyone’s asleep. It’s only 20 minutes, 30 if you count the time it takes to get the wrap right. It’s definitely doable.

Yeah, my approach is not to be prescribed to any other individual. I’ve beaten my dick up enough over the years from all my on again off again attempts that even at 10lbs I don’t experience fatigue. I’ve already gotten the painful skin stretching out of the way prior to this past months endeavor and I don’t have any issues with bruising or pain. The consensus generally seems to be that most people start gaining at 10 pounds and a minimum of 10 hours a week and coming into this month with my previous experiences I figured I would try to hit the ground running, albeit a controlled run, taking my time to get the wrap right and see how it feels with 2 1/2 or 5 pounds and then utilizing a heating pad before during and after each set.

I’m not reckless. I just know my dick. I had my one reckless moment almost 20 years ago when I first heard of manual penis enlargement. I left one of my girlfriend’s hair ties on my member for too long and too tight and blew a vein. Luckily everything still works.

But my advice echoes the same sentiment that is preached over and over again and that is to start off with the newbie routine and to listen to your penis. Starting off with 1 to 2 pounds is plenty to begin conditioning your penis and get down proper wrapping technique and then move up in small increments and follow a routine that’s listed in the hanger section or over on Bib’s website. Another approach is to start with an actual weighted ADS. I’ve used all the major types from the Phallosan Forte to Monkeybar’s vac hanger and vac extender to Monty’s beefed-up golf weights. I’ve tried wrist/ankle weights and I’ve tried the standard tape, theraband, first-aid wrap, STEALTH sleeve, and Monkeybar’s silicone sleeves. The one that I always return to and has the best ease of use is Monty’s style of weights. I’ve worn them so much that I’ve had to retire a couple because the lead starts to peek through. I’ve recently been using a 1 pound stainless steel ball stretcher as a penis ADS purchased from a separate online source and I wear that comfortably.
