I kept getting erect while I was hanging thinking about this girl, so I only managed to finish 1 set. I seriously don’t know why I was feeling that way, I had only met her once before.

No one is shocked about this more than me, but we hit things off later that day & I just spent about 10 hours shagging this girl. She was a dance instructor/ dancer, very lean/ slender/ and she never wore out—in fact, I just had to call it at one point so I wouldn’t break my member. Looks like I missed a couple hanging sets…. I’ll just say, the PE gains have made quite a difference—I know because the look on her face was priceless…

I’m not into hanging but I’m going to follow this thread because you seem sensible about your approach.

Thanks for the huge compliment Kingpole! That means a lot coming considering your knowledge & accomplishments. :)

Hopefully I can keep things sensible, controlled, and disciplined in the long run & reach my goals

—Going from 4 to 5 sets Per day (this is now Week 3)—
I missed 1 day last week, and one day I only got 1 set (every other day I had 4 sets). I am moving to 5 sets this week anyway, 3 morning, 2 night. 4lbs still seems to have a decent effect, so I’m going to stick with that for now. I may move to 5lbs this week.

—Goal: Still 20-24 sets per day—
I’m going to keep things controlled & slow, and try to keep moving up in number of sets. My goal is to get up to & maintain 20-24 sets per day (perhaps as much as 8hrs a day of hanging). I’ll just do it while I work—I’m lucky to have the privacy currently in my life. I’m going to do my best to avoid full rest days, and I will only be adding 1 set of hangtime per week. So, it’s going to be at a minimum 15 weeks before I get to 20 sets per day.

—Weight: Keeping it Low for Now—
I’m going to try & keep my initial focus on just building my hangtime capacity. And I’m not going to worry if I can only add 1/2 lb or 1lb in any given week. Right now I’m still only using 4lbs.

—Hanging Technique Improving—
My technique is definitely improving, and hanging with my Bib hanger has become much more comfortable—I think I’m getting more of the stress into the ligs & tunica and less at the hanger attachment point.

—Bib has Been Giving me Some Advice—
Bib has been helping me on his forum & his advice is invaluable so far. I’m confident that my determination + the great advice I’ve gotten here on thunders, along with the ongoing help I’m getting, I should eventually reach my PE goals.

Looks like at least for now I’ll have serious trouble doing split sessions (morning/ night)—I’ve got a new GF and she always wants me over at night. Hopefully I’ll figure something out.

Today I felt stinging sensations while I was hanging—in addition to & different from skin stretching.

I’m hoping I am stretching the nerves/ blood vessels / & internal structures on my penis. I am using low weight—but I still think this is possible.

I’m slowly pushing myself more, but I’m being careful to not injure myself.

The South Beach Diet is working great for me. I’ve been working out too. I’ve lost about 5% of my upper body strength/ no lower body strength lost—and I’ve dropped nearly 20lbs of bodyweight.

Starting Weight: 215 lbs
Current Weight: 197.7 lbs

The difference is pretty massive—and women are staring at me again. 20 year old women are just gawking—it’s pretty funny. In fact, I’ve got a new girlfriend as already mentioned above.

I’m not going to stop until I reach my goal—6 pack or die

I’ve been having sex 5hrs+ a day with my new girlfriend—I’m hoping it doesn’t hurt my gains lol (last weekend we probably spent 20 hrs total hahaha)

I think that is why you are loosing all of the weight!

I would say the stinging is due to a wrap problem or skin stretch. Is it an internal sting near the pubic bone?

I am still getting some internal stinging and some skin related stinging too when I hang BTC. I figure I’ll adjust eventually. Nothing related to my ligs near my pubic bone unfortunately :( Hopefully I’ll get there soon.

—Huge Flaccid Gains 1.5”!!—
I’m noticing a massive difference in my flaccid hang, it’s consistently much longer and thicker. I decided to check & my flaccid was 4.5” long today—when I started PE my flaccid tended to stay about 3” (sometimes less!). With my latest GF, I never have to worry about how things look down there—I’m never turtleing to less than 4.25” with my flaccid.

—1.5” Flaccid Size Gain—
4.5” is a 50% increase in my flaccid size (vs 3.0”)! No wonder things look so different downstairs.

ROFL about the sex—hell yeah, maybe that’s why I’m losing so much weight!

Seems like your hanging is coming along quite well.

Yeah-it is for sure. I can tell BTC is still stretching the skin on top of my penis quite a bit.

—Still Losing Weight—
On my home scale I’m down to 190—vs the 180 I got to a year ago on south beach (also on that same home scale). My actual weight (or real weight) is 194 to 195, somewhere around there (I’ve been assuming the scale at the gym is more accurate, so that’s what I consider my ‘real weight’ to be).

One thing—I think I’m in better shape right now at my ‘190’ than I was a year ago at ‘180’, for one thing, I’m literally almost twice as strong as I was then.

I’m hoping I’ll have a six pack by the time I hit 180lbs… I really don’t want to get too light! But, I’m going to try & be less concerned about my actual weight and more concerned about having the right indicators of being in shape (my friggin 6pack!).

—Good PI’s I Think: Vascularity—
I’ve noticed a massive difference in the veins in my penis. They are much bigger & more prominent. Pre-PE, no veins were really visible— but now, I can see veins everywhere starting to form. I can still see these veins while I’m flaccid.

My flaccid stretch length is now 6.25”. When I first started PE I think it was maybe 5.5” FSL (compare to 6” BPEL/ 6.5” BPEL). From what I’ve read, most PE’ers say, your FSL never gets bigger than your erect length by more than about 1.5” (for me, for now, my FSL is probably a limiting factor). With that in mind, I may need to get a 9.5” FSL to actually hit 8” BPEL.

—Consistency—
I need to work on my consistency—I was doing split sets, but I’ve been having trouble getting in my second night sets lately (I’ve been missing it on a few days). My goal for now is to push myself to get in all my sets, and make sure I start getting better fatigue every single day.

Better fatigue + plenty of hangtime I would expect to lead to good results.

If I remember correctly, with your FSL < BPEL, it seems like you have ample opportunity to gain from your hanging routine. Once you stretch out that limiting factor, you should be good. Best wishes.
