Old thread, I know. But, every time I see threads liker this I have to respond:

Hangers than grab the shaft do nothing but pull skin. The only hanging that really works are those routines and hangers that pull the penis from the tip. This also applies to manual stretching. Pull from the tip, unturtle that baby.

Sorry to keep repeating myself, but I think this is important.

Would that be supra-pubic skin or shaft skin?

I like hearing from people that have real experience making gains. I’m guessing you must prefer a vacuum hanger? I think that’s the only hanger that can safely pull the way you’re describing—at least from what I understand with what you’re saying.

Anyway, the last few days I’m just up to 3 sets a day. I’ve barely started trying to get some good fatigue, although my focus is skin stretching for now. I’m attaching the hanger closer to my base & trying to get some extra skin to work with. I’m hoping after that I can then focus more effectively on my internals for the next few months after that….

Now that I seem to be conditioned a bit, I’ve made some goals.

Original Starting point: 6" BPEL/ 6" FSL
After 3 months of PE: 6.75" BPEL/ 7.25"? (I forget) FSL
(Now) New Starting Point (6mo Later): 6.5" BPEL/ 6.5" FSL

6 Month Goal: 1.5" BPEL Gain (8" total BPEL/ 9 to 9.5" FSL)
Monthly Goal: 1/4" BPEL/ FSL (a little more on FSL)

I figure I can be 8 inches in 6 months if I average 1/4" per month. It seems realistic on paper at least. I realize that would mean an FSL of 9" to 9.5" most likely. I think if I put in the time & work I can do it!

I’ve just been hanging 3x sets a day, still focused on skin stretching. I’ve noticed that I seem to have a real resistance to weight these days… it must be because of all those rest days I took last month? I think I healed stronger…

I’m going up in weight much more quickly than my first time around (nearly 1 year ago, when I first started hanging, before my extended deacon break). I’m 1 month in, and today I’m using 6.5lbs. Sure, it’s not huge, but I originally started hanging with just 2.5lbs and even got some small gains from that low weight! I’m just going by feel, and right now I feel like my penis is hard to fatigue for some reason… I’ve been quite cautious & moved the weight up slowly…

The extra resistance is probably just because I’m focused on skin stretching (I’m attaching the hanger closer to the base of my penis). It’s still pulling on internal structures, but in a different way. Hopefully, I’ll have have enough extra skin by late next week, or sooner, we will see… (I want to be 100% sure that my skin is not carrying the weight when I do normal hanging, so I can completely go after the internal structures…)

I got back into hanging for a few months, but work/ other things once again have gotten in the way again. I hope to hang again soon—

Well, I had a good run from may to July, but stopped PEing for a few months again.

I’m going to re-dedicate myself, and re-study things & try to get back into things again. I am hoping i can stick with PE with a rock solid 6 months or year this time, so I can reach my goals.

I’m thinking I’ll be pretty happy with 8", and I’ve been just shy of 7" in the past, so I think it’s reasonable to reach 8" within a year—if not I can just keep going.

I’ll be honest-PE worked great for me, and I became really complacent with my size, both flaccid & erect.

I’m no longer complacent (again), so I’m getting back into it once again ;)

It looks like I’m on again/ off again with hanging. Once I have some progress worth posting, I will make sure to report it here. The married life has probably made things more difficult for me— but my wife encourages me to PE—she is quite supportive.

With extremely long periods of no PEing, Ive seen my flacid length shrink— which has definitely been a motivation to get back PEing again. I have noticed that just a few weeks or a month of hanging make a big difference. What I really need though is 6 months+ in a row, so I can get some really good measure progress & reach my goals.

It looks I’m back to skin stretching in the near future—anyway, I think I need to focus on making PE a habit, something that to some degree I just do—you know.. don’t over-think it.. just do it…

My wife & I had a baby, and now she is finally a few months old—I’m able to sleep at night again & I have a bit more time. I’ll finally be getting back into PE—Hopefully I’ll have some worthwhile progress to report. At least for me, I have unfortunately become one of those guys who knows about PE, got a few gains & didn’t stick with it. I was pretty happy with the gains I had—but I want real permanent gains now. I lost some of my gains due to neglect—so hopefully I’ll be able to regain what I’ve lost and get back in the swing of things.
