I’ve just been hanging 3x sets a day, still focused on skin stretching. I’ve noticed that I seem to have a real resistance to weight these days… it must be because of all those rest days I took last month? I think I healed stronger…
I’m going up in weight much more quickly than my first time around (nearly 1 year ago, when I first started hanging, before my extended deacon break). I’m 1 month in, and today I’m using 6.5lbs. Sure, it’s not huge, but I originally started hanging with just 2.5lbs and even got some small gains from that low weight! I’m just going by feel, and right now I feel like my penis is hard to fatigue for some reason… I’ve been quite cautious & moved the weight up slowly…
The extra resistance is probably just because I’m focused on skin stretching (I’m attaching the hanger closer to the base of my penis). It’s still pulling on internal structures, but in a different way. Hopefully, I’ll have have enough extra skin by late next week, or sooner, we will see… (I want to be 100% sure that my skin is not carrying the weight when I do normal hanging, so I can completely go after the internal structures…)
