Thanks! She’s a beautiful little girl (female). She’s a handful sometimes, but really, their is something really special about having a baby that I think no one could understand without having a child of their own.

I know some would argue just making the baby is the best part. However, in the end, we will all grow old. And once we are old it wont matter if we were rich or poor. All we will have left are our families.

Just checking in. It seems to reach my long term goals, it will take many months—perhaps years. My goal right now is just to make PE my daily habit— watching indicators, pushing myself enough to grow, and monitoring my progress. My biggest challenge has been consistency. Not a lack of desire or discipline; but perhaps just due to me allowing other things in life to be a priority.

The hardest thing is making PE part of my daily routine—and still being able to do everything else I need to do. I have a lot of private time, but often I find it a challenge to do other things while I PE. Once I master that, and get my habits right (where I’m doing it daily, consistently, and pushing myself & getting some good growth), I’m confident I’ll reach my goals.

My current length goal is 8”. I can’t even recall my original goals, but I do know 8” is reasonable since I started at 6” and I did reach 6.75” a long while back. I completely stopped PE and got de-conditioned, so I’m actually back down to 6.25” or 6.5” or something like that. I think once I fix my EQ, I may get 100% of my gains back— we will see. Right now my EQ is pretty low, so I think that may be the cause of most of my loss.

I’ve finally been consistent with PE again. I’m starting to see the veins become thicker & more pronounced in my penis. My flaccid is starting to hang longer, and I’m turtling less and less. It’s really great— and it’s motivating me to stay consistent & keep going through this time around until I reach all my goals. I’m thinking I will probably focus on BPFSL— and I hope I can reach 10” to 10.5” on this measure—since usually BPEL doesn’t usually end up more than 2” to 2.5” behind BPFSL. For now my goal is just to increase weight until I hit 12-15lbs, then I’ll focus on increasing sets.

I’m debating whether I should use an ADS sometimes— at least on days when I just don’t have time to hang. This way I’m always doing something & I don’t at least lose progress…

I was looking at some information and I saw that at least for Bib / Bigger, his BPFSL was never more than 1.5” beyond his BPEL. Still, I think a goal of 10” BPFSL is a good goal

It looks like the PE data site link was moved.. I finally found it at the bottom right of every page (doh).

Anyway, it looks like my BPFSL is just 6.25” right now— the same as my length 6.25” (BPEL). I’m going to work hard & get back to 6.75” asap. I’ve had a month of pretty conservative PE, and I’m finally ready to start pushing myself a bit. I’m hoping I can get back to my old size within a few months… and then I’ll re-evaluate from there & make new goals probably.

At least I’m finally at the point where I’m PEing daily & splitting my sets between morning & night. I’ve been studying PE again, and trying to refresh all the old knowledge I had. At the same time, I think I’ll learn a lot more this time around. I’ve definitely picked up some new things I glossed over in the past. I realize now there’s some things I missed here & there with my PE studies. I think the issue before is that everything was new to me. Now that I’ve got a routine I have done many times, I’m able to see what I’m missing more easily. I was on bib’s site the other day & saw a video by stillwantsmore (in the ‘basics’ section of bibs forum), which helped me brush up on my wrapping technique. Although, my wrapping technique is completely different from his (since he’s so much bigger than I am).

I’m going to try the PE buddy thing, I’ll be following caboose2409. Hopefully we can both help motivate each other to reach our goals.

By the way, I’m up to 5x sets per day now, I’m just doing deep BTC hanging, with 5lbs. It’s not much weight; I’m still adjusting to BTC again. I’m seeing a lot of positive PIs though, so I figure I’m back on track. I’m more determined now than ever before to stick with PE until I reach all my goals, and then go further and cement my gains. I realize it may take 1.5 years to cement my gains. I think I’m ready this time to follow through to the finish.

For now, cementing gains is at the top of my list. Perhaps fatigue and hanger settings are on my mind lately as well. I think I’ll have something much more insightful after a few more months of hanging.

Alright, it’s time for me to workout & then sleep… I’ve been doing P90x for a while now, I’m on week3 currently (& it’s working great to whip me into shape).

I read it all, you’re too hard on yourself! Who could be consistent while getting married and having a baby? Not me that’s for sure, I can’t even do it with a serious girlfriend.

I guess that’s the truth—first getting married then supporting my wife with our newborn child basically took over my life. I still try to support her but I honestly haven’t been doing as much lately. Basically I just work, work out, PE, and then spend time with them—I’m still working on getting the right balance. I still need to read your log. I’ll do it shortly.

Caboose: Let me re-introduce myself.

I’m 36 years old… I first learned about PE at the age of 33 (shortly before my 34th birthday). I started at 6” BPEL x 5” EG. After 3 months of hard work and consistent PE I reached 6.75” and 5.08” EG. Around that time I met my wife—we got engaged & married and my PE sort of fell by the wayside. We had a baby 9-10 months later, and once again I was unable to really PE. About a month ago I jumped back into PE and found I was down to 6.25” — I lost a full .5” over 1.5 years of de-conditioning! Well, it wasn’t a full 1.5 years of doing nothing. I had a number of sporadic months where I would start PE then have to stop for various reasons. Maybe that actually contributed to my size losses…

Now I’m going back into PE with a vengeance. I’m shooting to gain back everything I lost (I hear it’s easy to regain lost size), so I am expecting to gain that lost .5” within a few months at worst. Then I’ll be shooting for 7” after that… once I reach 7” I’ll re-evaluate my goals. Long term I want to reach at least 8” before I worry about girth—although if I reach 8” in a reasonable amount of time, and if the size doesn’t look silly on me, I might go for more. However, I’m only about 5’10”, so I am worried more than 8” might actually not look good on me. I guess we will see when I get there (*fingers crossed*).

Oh by the way, I got into PE when a girl broke off with me after a 4 year relationship (I had known her since I was 28). I decided I never wanted to lose a girl again, so I took a hard look at any weaknesses I might have. I decided gaining some size was a good way to go. At first I was actually looking at surgical procedures, but I was unwilling to take any risks that could damage me. I stumbled onto PE during my research. At first I thought it was a hoax, but then again, no one was asking me for money, and I could try it for free (I learned all this on Thunders). I started a manual routine and gained .25” within my first 3 weeks. I was pretty much convinced that PE was real at that point.

This is probably the 5th time I looked for cheap golf weights online (for a poor man’s ADS), and I finally found some! I just ordered 3x golf swing weights (also called golf warm up weights) from this site: http://www.bass pro.com/webapp/ … 8&storeId=10151

Hopefully it fits right. The rings were $2.99 each plus $4.95 shipping, and my total was a little under 14 bucks. I hope the dimensions are right on the weights… I’ll have to read up on golf weight ADS posts now to figure out the best way to use these.
