I’m wondering if I should be concerned that the strain doesn’t go up by more than 2%.

I have now changed the hanging position to “SO” because of the totalman heating pad on the testicles, but I’m worried if I should move it to BTC

I’ve been exercising inconsistently all this time, but this time I tried a light protocol.. It looks like there’s a possibility.

I’ll be back on August 22 after making sure that I have a little more Decon.

I’ll do it right then.

And maybe someone

Welcome to the "FIRe" routine. I have developed a few tools to make you life easier. https://www.fir … calculator.net/
The first is a load calculator based off of Kypra’s work. Simply measure flaccid girth about 1.5cm behind the gland, and type it into the calculator. It will tell you the weight range you should use.
The second, is a session timer. The timer will help you with your sessions by telling you what weight you should be on, and when to change it out.

As for cumulative strain, I believe it is:
(post-BPFSL on current day - pre-BPFSL on first day of cycle) / pre-BPFSL on first day of cycle.

Your strain numbers look fine and your post measurement seems to be increasing so you could continue your cycle and see where you’re at at the end of it.

Yes, if I return after finishing the decon on August 22nd,

From then on
I will stand and measure,

Let’s slowly progress to a routine that calculates strain and cumulative strain every day while maintaining a more consistent 3on 2off routine and increments the weight in weekly increments.

At the same time, I am currently in the process of restoring the foreskin.

Will this foreskin restoration interfere with the decon?

For an accurate measurement, I stand up, and measure just like a BPFSL. However, i grab the head with two fingers, stretch, and measure only to the bottom of the penis head.

Cycle strain (numerator values from the current day; denominator value from the first day of the cycle):
[(Post BPFSL - Pre BPFSL)/(Pre BPFSL of first day of current cycle] *100


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

9.24 - pre : 17,00cm post : 17,40cm
9.26 - pre : 17,00cm post : 17,30cm
9.27 - pre : 17,10cm post : 17,60cm
9,29 - pre : 17,10cm post : 17,60cm
9.30 - pre : 17,10cm post : 17,50cm

I don’t care if STRAIN is below 2% than I thought, but it feels good to increase PRE BPFSL.

Heating time was about 1 hour.

However,
From 10.3, the heating time was reduced to 45 minutes, and the growth rate was rather increased.

Weight :

15 m - 0.75kg
45 m - 1.5kg
15 m - 1.75kg

I’ve had successful cycles where strain was in the 1.5%-2.0% range the entire cycle. As long as your Pre BPFSL gains then you are doing something right.
On time…
My first cycle was 2 hours/day.
My second cycle was 60-90 mins per day.
Both cycles gained ~the same.

Things look good, keep working!


BPEL: 5.5" --> 7.9" ; BPFSL: ~5.6" --> 8.5"
