EQ problems can be a beast to work on.
On one hand, EQ is a key indicator of general well being in life. Our dick is like a kind of universal stress indicator. Have a lot of pressure at work, or have a small baby taking time and attention, or have kids who are sick, or have financial worries - bamm! - EQ goes down. Hornyness may still be at equal level, but the soldier refuses to go to war. Or at least shows some reluctance.
On the other hand, EQ problems have a very nasty tendency to create vicious feedback circles in the mind. You have ONE little erection problem and the mind starts to panick. “Oh my God, I’m not a man anymore!!! Will I ever get another erection? And what if not? Is it curable? Am I worthless as a man?”. Your brain just goes into looping-mode. And then your mind puts you so much under pressure that the next erection just HAS to happen AT ANY PRICE that it produces exactly the opposite: zero or weaker erection. So again, stress is the root cause, but this time it’s your own mind creating the stress.
That is what is meant by psychological reasons.
So, do you have external or internal stressors in your actual life situation? And in the 6-12 months before?
