Hello Fellow PE'ers - Need Advice Sex Life PE Routine

Hey guys,

So I’ve been doing PE on and off for a while now, but I’ve been pretty serious for the past few months or so. I live with my now Fiancé, and initially our sex life wasn’t affected because my job would take me away from home for weeks at time, making it okay for EQ to drop sometimes because of my routine.

However, now I don’t travel at all and I see my fiancé everyday and night, which obviously makes every moment a great time to have sex. I’m not sure what to do because I love having sex with my fiancé but I also want to do PE as much as possible. For those in this situation, how do you manage having frequent sex (with ejaculation) while continuing your weekly routines, WITHOUT SUFFERING FROM EQ DECREASING?

I took a week off from PE and my EQ has improved greatly, to the point that where I want this type of EQ all the time when we have sex. While I’m on my routine weeks my EQ isn’t as good as it could be during sex, which can be frustrating. Is it possible to have very high EQ everyday while continuing a routine? Any advice is welcome, thank you! I don’t want to have less sex lol!

Just means you have to cut your routine. What do you do? What schedule do you use? How many days on and off?

Right now my routine consists of mainly pumping with a bathmate X30. It’s about 15 minutes in the tube, followed by some slight jelqing. And occasionally I’ll do some light stretching while just sitting around. I’m still perfecting my days on and off. I’ve done every other day - 2 days on and one off, and I always felt like I could increase my load. Now, I’ve gotten up to 5 days (weekdays) on and then the weekend off. But I’m guessing this is probably too much.

But is it the lack of rest days that cause EQ loss or could it be possibly the bathmate? I have experienced water retention with the most recent pumps.

Okay, so I’ve been thinking about your question. Honestly, I would have run the routine two days on, one-off and I would probably make the total bathmate 10 minutes and cut the jelqing out.

Reason being is that you know you’re overtraining considering that you’re having sex all the time. The question becomes just how much can you do and still maintain your sex life. Also the pumping will probably not retain as much fluid with shorter duration and more frequent rest. Normally, I wouldn’t recommend a Bathmate at all. However when you have a limited amount of time to work out and you have a decent amount of PE experience it can be a good tool in a pinch. And you are certainly in a pinch. The best kind. *chuckles*

I would run this abbreviated routine for 2 or 3 weeks, I fully expect to see improved erection quality however you may be able to scale it just a touch. Though I would not recommend it.

I’ll definitely be sure to cut out jelqing and then limit bathmate usage to 10 mins in the tube. I’ll be sure to let you know how things go for sure!

Try it without first. Then add them but slowly, like 10 or 20 at a time. Not 50 or 100. There’s a good chance you won’t need them but feel it out for yourself.

Awesome, so far so good. I’ll report back after I have a few more days doing this routine.

Wow, I just want to say thanks! My EQ has gone up for sure, and I’ve started to see random boners throughout the days whereas I wasn’t before. I’m not completely sure if I’m actually growing at all, I haven’t measured much. But just in pure terms of penile well-being, I’ve improved dramatically. Any advice on where to go from here ThoughtfulGold?

Prioritize sex over PE in all cases. You bond emotionally with someone when you have a loving sexual relationship.

You can always do stretches or extending without affecting your EQ, though. Jelqing and pumping will definitely affect your performance if you are not careful.

It’s been a month. Just keep doing what you’ve been doing. You should take two weeks off after your next four weeks. Measure at the end of that next month.

Progress may be slow. Sex over PE. No need to worry.

I’m not sure what your PE goals are but you’ve certainly improved your EQ, which is very good.

My advice is to take some measurements at this point and see if there are any changes. If you’re growing, then you now have a routine that is clearly working for you and I wouldn’t change anything. If you’re not growing, think about gradually ratcheting up your routine, at least until EQ starts to suffer.

But if forced to choose, I’d definitely prioritize my sex life with my fiance over PE if I were you.

Assume results from PE will take years. Balance your routine to where your EQ is where you want it.
