Hello all! I’m excited to share my journey as I embark on a dedicated three-year hanging routine. I’ll be documenting my progress and posting updates with an Excel log as often as possible. My primary goal is simply to enjoy the process and see where consistent effort takes me. Here’s an overview of my plan and starting stats:

My Routine
Hanging:

Starting at 2 hours daily at 7.5 lbs.
I’ll gradually increase weight by 0.5 lbs and add 5 minutes per day until reaching 4 hours total.
At 4 hours, I’ll divide time evenly:
2 hours at 7.5 lbs
2 hours at 8 lbs
Once 4 hours is stable, I’ll progressively replace the 7.5 lbs portion with 8 lbs, adding 5 minutes of 8 lbs daily.
The process repeats with 8.5 lbs and so on until I cap myself at 10 lbs for 4 hours daily, which I estimate will take 4–6 months.
Pumping:

Immediately after hanging, I use a 1.75-inch diameter tube for 30 minutes at 6 inHg, followed by a 2.0-inch diameter tube for another 30 minutes at 6 inHg.
Maintenance:

I wear an anti-turtle sleeve during all non-sexually active periods to maintain post-session elongation.
Things to Note
Recovery:

I feel zero soreness or fatigue, even after weeks of consistent training.
My recovery seems exceptional, likely due to my background as a former professional athlete and bodybuilder.
Sexual Activity:

Sexual background: I am an "extremly attractive" male according to those close to me :I have been with hundreds of women. I am bi as well. I am extremely active and have never not been—extremely active, releasing 2–3 times daily, often being made to release in intense scenarios by my submissives. I believe this contributes to my expedited recovery.
Additional Stretching:

I hang weights from my testicles, primarily for my subs’ enjoyment, to enhance the "bull" aesthetic. My testicles are naturally very large, making this both practically and visually impactful.
Fitness Routine:

My daily self-improvement includes:
1.5 hours in the gym
1 hour of yoga
30 minutes in the sauna
At 34 years old, I am 6’1", weigh 204 lbs, maintain 16% body fat, and would describe myself as " extremely shredded."
Starting Measurements (going into January 2025) (I expect to tack on about .3more in. Before my program officially kicks off jan 1)
Flaccid Stretched Bone-Pressed Length: 7.65 inches
Flaccid Non-Bone-Pressed Length: 7.4 inches
Flaccid Girth: 5.2 inches
Erect Length: 7 inches
Erect Girth: 6.1 inches
Equipment and Setup
I use a custom pulley system I designed for my hanging routine, which allows for precise adjustments in weight and position.
I am doing kegals daily as well.

Background with PE. Been aware of it since 2008 and know way more about it than I should haha. Galander- I may not "need" to do PE, but, I am a practicing DOM and have been for years now. I adore producing experiences for my submissives that shatter them to their core. I am more interested in the psychology and implementation of— than the actual use-of.

Blink- I have done PE in the past but nothing that allowed for gains to stick- mainly fleeting implementations during chances when I had some time to spare. This is the first time I’ve been afforded the opportunity to be consistent.

Today is day twenty-eight of my little boot camp. For the past two days, I refused to measure because I only managed six hours of sleep each night. Last night, I finally logged eight hours. So far, proper sleep and hydration feel like the key factors behind slow, steady, and repeatable gains. Skipping those two days of measuring paid off. When I checked this morning, my length matched what it was two days ago at the end of a session.

I’ve also noticed my flaccid hang has become almost obscene. Usually, I rest soft at over six inches, unless cold or stress brings it down. Now I’m hanging between six and a half to seven inches, which is larger than many men are fully erect. This might give the wrong impression in public, especially if anyone thinks I’m hard when I’m not. It’s an odd dilemma, considering how often I’m at the gym and my intention to take up yoga more frequently.

Recovery today is good. Last night was intense, as I made full use of my submissive’s trained throat from several angles until I was satisfied, yet it didn’t affect today’s sessions. This morning, I will put in two hours at 7.5 pounds, followed by fifty minutes at 8 pounds. Afterward, I will log a thirty-minute pump at 1.75 inches and then another thirty minutes at 2 inches. Then I slip on the anti-turtle sleeve and move on with the rest of my day, determined to reach a full gallon of water before evening and the sauna.

Last night, I hung for four hours straight, just to see how I’d handle the long haul. It was easy enough with work at my computer, and I came away with fresh gains—a solid 7.75 BPFSL and a firm 7.5 near the base, all with perfect EQ. Not sure I want to take my girth above 6.0 or 6.25 as its norm due to frequency of use and forcing more preperation time for extracurricular activities

Normo, I wanted to ask how others usually share their updates. Do they post daily, or should I put out my spreadsheet once a week or once a month? I’d value your thoughts. ( I also don’t mind posting picture updates so long as I can blur out my easily identifiable tattoos that encompass the area.)

Your choice. Many guys use a progress report to share with others; some use it strictly for personal tracking (sharing is a secondary objective). The frequency is as varied as the members who create the thread.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I’ve hit a new BPFSL of 7.95, and it happened so fast that I’m dealing with a bit of dissociation. It’s hard to accept that what I’m seeing is really mine—the difference is huge. My flaccid length near the base jumped from 6.85 to 7.65, and the hang is almost absurd. If anyone caught a glimpse in the locker room, it might be jarring if they’re not feeling confident.

I haven’t tracked girth too closely, since I don’t want to pass 6.25 inches for practical reasons. My erection length has moved from 6.7 up to around 6.9 or 7, measured at 6 inHg for consistency. By the new year, I’ll be at around four hours a day, just as I wrap up boot camp and roll into 2025 with real, steady effort for the first time.

Still, I’m already worried about this flaccid size. It’s become my new normal, and I haven’t even truly started the program yet.
