I think this is a mistake. Heat, in my opinion, should be dry heat, from a heatpad. Try one of those seed bags you can put in the microwave.

Everyone is different. My basic routine has been to pump after awakening, but to first be sure I am erect as much as possible, using a ring if needed. Then into the tube with the heat pad around it for 20-30 minutes, around the same pressure as you. Then, out of the tube, reapply the rings to jelq, not too hard, until erect again, then remove rings and back into the tube for20-30 minutes more. Repeat at least the rings/jelq when out. Sometimes I go back into the tube for one more set. After stopping the pump session, I like to immediately get into an ADS device, again ideally with a heat pad around it. Your cock will be warm from the heated pumping already too. See if you can get a few hours in with the stretch, ideally with heat for as much as possible, but over the last 25 minutes or so without heat so the cooling tissue doesn’t immediately retract. Kyrpa’s threads have excellent discussions of the key being a cool down under stress so that the tissue cells don’t just lose the expansion gained under heat. I find that the stretch does help girth as well, and the pumping certainly does.

Thank you, i had a similar routine in the past but it changed nothing, i tried 10min pumping sections, 5min, even 45min and jelq inbetween or clamp but all the same.

Im not english and the krypa thread is really complicated to read for me.

I think i will try less is more routine once again…

at least to back off a little bit.

Maybe just wearing a cock ring when i sleep and 5min uli + 5 min stretching under hot shower.

And maybe 20 min pumping.

it is not nice to read about your frustration. Let’s hope that we can find a way out of your misery.

I can imagine that it might do you some good to train your length first and then follow up with thickness. But before you do that, it might make sense to take a break for several months.

Igigi had described that his CC got thicker when he gained length with US. If the septum is obstructing, that may also be obstructing the thickness. I can’t find the post off the top of my head, however I remember him describing it like the booster rockets on a space shuttle :)

Kyrpä’s thread is fantastic but very tough reading. US definitely works but you have to understand what you are doing and be aware of the dangers. I find the heat pad approach a little easier. There are some threads about it here, especially 5.5squared goes full throttle. Maybe that would be worth a try.
Then when you have made some progress, you can try to work on your thickness. Your goal is 18 cm NBPEL. So the length exercises won’t hurt. Maybe they will also allow you to gain girth.

I agree that the amount of information is very overwhelming and diffuse here. It’s not easy to find what you need. Please pay attention to the videos section. Not much reading is required and a wide range of exercises is being presented. I’ve learned a lot from there and got a lot of confirmation on my ideas about PE. Link to bad forum removed

It is obvious that as in any other aspect concerning our body genetics play a certain role. Ones want to loose weight and fight hard, others want to gain and struggle. I don’t mean you should give up on it. But be aware of your expectations to not discourage you. Obviously for me it is easier to gain in PE. Still I want to give some more suggestions:

Start with length. It is easier to gain length. You will rather see progress which will encourage you to go after girth, which is more difficult. I agree, that jelq is not the strongest exercise. Have you tried tissue orientated stretches? Those who address the root of your penis in your pelvis? Look up the videos about stretches in general and V-stretches especially. They worked very well for me, I gained good length with that.

I have maybe not the most technical viewpoint on PE, may be rather a bit esoteric: your dick and your whole self must be absolutely relaxed when doing PE. If he is not in the condition to receive training, nothing is going to happen. I try to achieve a condition where he is absolutely soft, relaxed and maximum flexible. I learned that heat is very important for that. If you want to use hot water put some in a jar, glass,… to bathe your penis in it for some minutes. 60 degrees is the maximum your hand can stand, water temperature should be maybe maximum 50 degrees. It should be warmer than a normal shower, but not too hot. If he shrinks instead of relaxing its too hot. With just warm showers you wont have the same effect.

I understand your frustration. It is not true that everything works for everybody in the same way. From birth we are all different and that makes each of us unique, which is good. I hope you can make use of something I said…

Thank you, after reading your comments i think i will do as you said and focus on lenght first.
I have always been in a hurry and tried to gain length and girth in the same time, perhaps it is time to reconsider and focus a bit more.

Damn, this is like reading my own story.
I know about PE for 7 years and I can tell you that my length did not changed at all. Which is what I want.
I do not care about my girth since I already started with 5,5” and I even gained some girth from all these attempts so now I sit on 5,8” girth.
But my length? Nothing, not a single millimeter…

It Is very frustrating, reading all these new threads from new guys that are starting with newbie routine and getting easy newbie gains in few weeks or months, while I never experienced anything like that…

But the hope is still there…

In 10 years of experience I can tell you that 90% of the times not gaining in a long time means usually 2 things which are using a wrong technique or hitting a plateau.

For the first issue, you need to find what works for your penis and what doesn’t to start progressing, to give you an example it took me about 2 years of PE to start gaining.

For the second one which I believe is not the case for you, switching the routine will do the trick.

I did have more than half an inch on newbies routine gain before slowing down, but then I added only two exercises besides jelqing and stretching:

1. PEI streaches when I pee always and whenever doing them crossed my mind and I had privacy

2. Clamping but never longer than 10 min at first

I never bought a clamp at first I only used basic tape which I don’t recommend but it never made me any problems.
Later I found a strip for a bra which had two plastic things that fit in eachother and can be adjusted very easily and much more comfortable.

In one year I had 4 cm length and 2 cm girth gain.

Try this because I never hit a plateau doing this and grow almost as I did as a noob nonstop:

10-15 minutes stretching in all directions
10-15 min jelqing
Then three sets of 10 minutes clamping with kegels, 10 min rest in-between

While clamping when my PC and BC muscle get tired I just wank the damn thing not to lose that 115% expansion only to kegel as soon as I can, this way you will never lose the erection

Later I added clamped squeezing for my last set to get maximum expansion.

Through all day do pei light stretching and I can’t see the way for you to not grow with this.

I hope this works for you if you ever try.

Again pei and clamping, just do it uli thing is lame compared to this.

Always stretch and jelly and then clamp because clamping keeps your penis in maximum expansion both girth and length wise preventing turtling.
