I’ve been doing it for a few years now, on and off, tryed barely everything.
Never won the slightest in, cm or millimeter.
I’m not sure what to do, maybe I’m going too hard maybe not enough.
Whatever i feel like i would never make it.
If someone has an idea something that has changed their life, that has unlocked their progress, at the point where I am I’m ready to do anything.

I hate this feeling like everyone gets there except me.
yet I am a very positive person but I have my limits.

The more time goes by the more I lose consistency in my routines cause I have the impression that nothing is working on me.
I took breaks for several weeks, I have not stopped pe for 3 years now or almost.
I should have at least won a little bit.
But no nothing at all my penis has not changed it is the same.

Are you sure you’ve tried everything? To put it a different way: Of all the methods you’ve tried, have you done them for long periods and consistently?

Is there maybe a routine that you only devoted a little bit of time and attention to?

The only thing i haven’t tried is the hanging, and that’s for some reason the hangers don’t fit well on my penis.

Another routine that I probably haven’t done long enough is clamping because I’ve never been able to fully understand how to do it (there are so many different ways)
Impossible to keep a clamp for more than a minute without losing my erection, in fact I do not really understand the principle of the clamp.
Some says that u need to edge and clamp in the same time, i tried for a few weeks and all i had was an injury.

And when I pump too much my penis only builds fluid and doesn’t even expand anymore
So I always told myself that it was useless to pump once every 3 days ert that it would not be enough to have gains.

When I first started it took about 8 months or so before I got any gain.

Sure but i pe since two and a half years without interruption now.

And that is just a restart, i already pe(ed) for two years back in the time with no results.

Recently I went back to a basic routine
10min stretch (hot shower)
10min jelq
I added some uli over time
5on 2off

my routine turned into :
10min uli
10min stretching
I found that the stretches after the uli were more effective
I abandoned the jelq because I had the impression that they were not effective, moreover I am not sure to do them in the right way with the good erection I tend to think too much and lose myself in unnecessary complexities.

I did this for a few months then it didn’t work so I started using the pump again recently with a 1 hour pumping at 5hg, 3on 1off (with heat pad)
I do only pumping for the moment.

i want to believe you but so many people do it in different ways and it never worked for me plus i feel like it twists my penis even more than it already is
