My proposal:

- measure BPFSL pre routine,
- warm up with hot water under the shower
- manual stretch left and right downwards until you get a good stretched feeling
- measure BPFSL again

You should see at minimum a strain off 0.5cm.
If not … hmm

Also, your daily work intensity does not reach the stress variable of 2-5%.

Therefore, you temporarily lengthen PE by 1mm in the morning and shorten it by 1mm in the evening. What do you think is the significance?

I think you should take 240 days off no PE at all to allow the collagen to remodel and then start over with an extender using very light tension and heat. Adding length to the extender very very very slowly like every 3 weeks, in 3-4 months you should see something.

Given that you put in that much time and no results I have to think you used too much tension/load.

First i would recommend taking a bunch of time off. Maybe 6 months or so. Once you start again Start at the bottom. Keep a extremely close eye on your PIs. If PIs are good for a week after you start over it’s safe to bump your routine up a notch. Repeat this process until PIs start to drop. Back off to where you were the previous week and that should be your sweet spot.

This sweet spot will probably change so it’s a good idea after a few months to try to up your routine a little bit and see what happens.

There is an extremely fine line between not enough and too much in my opinion. You have to figure out where that is.

Finally, use heat! I strongly recommend a decent heating pad. There is actually a difference between dry heat and wet heat in my opinion. With wet heat i notice more skin expansion, with dry i feel it much more internally.

This isn’t the gospel truth but this is what has worked for me for the last 10 years. Good luck. Hope you are able to take all of the advice in this thread and put it to good use.

There is a “massive” ( ha! The pun) difference between wet and dry heat, particularly in a shower. From the time the water leaves the spout, it begins cooling. Scolding temperatures on your head are far more than manageable by the time they get to your shoulders; let alone your midsection. Also, like sweat, water is an evaporative cooler. Unless you’re fully enveloped in a bath, hot tub, or very-very hot pool, water isn’t going to do shit. 100°-104°F or 37°-40°C.. If you think heat is the brink or you still think the shower is hot enough for that benefit, get a damned heat pad, or an IR setup, they’re pretty affordable, and then you can feel the real difference.

Allot of damned good reasons a physical therapist doesn’t just stick you in a shower for 40 minutes during an appointment.. Dry heat. Dry heat. It absorbs and isn’t lost in evaporation.

Be realistic, a dick can’t grow more than its flaccid stretched length, urethra and nerves won’t let you go any further, check your FSL to see how much You can gain.

Girth gains are nearly impossible, You would have to have bigger corpora cavernosa, I’m not sure If PE can make it get bigger, If so, You would need more developed veins, nerves and arteries to supply and hold enough blood.

Only mother nature knows how to build a big and functional dick.

You are arguing about the distance from source to target, not the difference in dry heat and wet heat. I have a shower wand, as do many others, and can place it 1” from my dick and get all the heat I want with no coolin. I seldom do so as the heating pad is much more efficient for my practice.

I will do stretching only for now.

I think stretching is best when you simply wonna provoke a response from your unit.
When thinks don’t go the way we want them to go we have to check whats going on.

I would change rhythm, tension, pauses, angels, frequency and measure all the time.
Track what you did together with what you measure and also things like how much you felt stretched or any pain.

Meanwhile there is some theory about fascia - stress and strain - to learn, not much,
and then, bring all together.
