You might want to try the relatively new ultrasound based approach which is based on science. People who have a hard time gaining, start to make progress. Same for me. Read everything about this topic, learn, learn, learn and then try and follow the guidelines pointed out. —> Gaining volume 2

any update ?

Still doing 20 min + of stretching every day
I do exactly 5min under very hot shower to expand then 20min of cooldown stretching to harden the expanded tissues.
Then i wear a cock ring every nights to maximise night erections and heal with beter expansion.

That’s all.
I will try to stay on that routine for a long time.
I will maybe raise my stretching time if i get comfortable.

As already written, I would go for a decon and I am not the only one who recommends this.
What you are doing right now is in my opinion counterproductive and a waste of time. Give your friend a longer break.
You can use the decon to read here. There are some good logs (see above), then you can start with another approach. Beside Kyrpä’s thread it is also worth to read this one: The Long Game: Learning with Longerstretch, Key Principles to Make Sustained Growth.

If you continue with the old, you should not be surprised that there is nothing new.

mate, maybe you will need 6 months. It is a bitter pill to swallow, but you have to be smart about this process.

You have probably been trying too hard and your penis has become chronically over fatigued.

I’d advise using a method that has some scientific evidence and use a penis extender for 4 hours a day 5 days a week and 2 full days of rest. And don’t do anything else as far as PE is concerned.

In your case less could well be more.

In fact it’s been months that I had not really re-measured, and suddenly I was surprised by the gains.
As a routine I used, pump, clamp, and manual stretching.
