I am writing here today because I realized that my workout isn’t working for me, I am feeling that it would be great some help at this point to keep going forward.
This is my routine from Monday to Friday:

Warming up with thermocare warm gel bag for 10 minutes
Hanging with 4kg for 20 minutes
Pumping for 20 minutes
Jelqing for 10 minutes
Another warm up for 5 minutes
And I use ADS device for 8 hours just to keep my penis stretched out for healing process. (moderate pressure)

My measurements are 17cm in length (bone pressed) and 16cm in girth. My goal is to reach 20cm in length and if possible a little more in girth. After four months with this routine, I just realized that my erection got stronger, but did not grow in length or girth. I was thinking to buy a stretching device to use for longer periods but the problem is that it needs to be super discreet because at my work I need to stand up and walk a few times and there are a lot of people around me, with my ADS device there is no problem, but I think with stretching device is almost impossible to keep it hidden while working.
Could you guys help me to improve my routine? Do you think that I could change something to get better results? I took pictures before and I would like to share before/after results here one day. If you think that I could improve using another device, it needs to be on Aliexpress because other international websites don’t ship to my country or if they do, the fees are extremely expensive.

I do it for two weeks on and one week off. I just took 2 weeks off last month during the last four months.

Ive been doing this since april and Ive just become conditioned to put in real.work every day (for the last 30 days) so even though it seems slightly discouraging, the ability to pump clamp and jelq shows a.real conditioning.

I am getting donut effect after ADS up to eight hours per day. I tried to pull my foreskin back and just inset the gland inside the vac chamber but with time the skin back to the original position. I tried to wrap it but with no success at all. Could you help me to find the best way to use my ADS device without causing donut effect? I have already read and tried some tips from the forum but at the moment none of them worked for me ;-(

I would recommend you ditch pumping for little while and put that time to your hanging exercise. Your goal is primarily length. Try around an hour of hanging 4-5 days a week, and make sure to add heat throughout the entire hanging sessions. Not just a warmup.

What about jelqing? Do you think that it should be better just doing hanging sessions? For how long? By doing only this, you think it will conditioner my foresking to avoid futures donut effect after ADS stretching?

You could probably add some 150ish jelqs to a hanging routine. I would do my hanging/stretching in the mornings, and then do my jelqs during the evening. I think they are important and could likely get you to where you want girth-wise by the time your hanging routine gets you where you want length-wise. It just seems like you were doing not enough of too many different things and you may benefit from focusing your efforts. Also 8 hours in a vacuum ADS at moderate tension is likely causing your donut issues.

I don’t see jelqing conditioning that area to avoid it. You could possibly try something like a silicone cap or some sort of cover product to protect it from the vacuum. I would just recommend less time or tension. I personally didnt use an ADS and saw good length gains. I know everyone is different though.

If you are using a vacuum hanger, you should definitely have a heating pad wrapped around the exposed part of the shaft. Thorough heating, and not just a warmup, seems to be the key to many people’s success. Thermedics makes a great dick sized heating pad. I personally use the TotalMan one and love it.

If you haven’t already read through this log, there is some really useful information and techniques for length gains. The key takeaways are to use heat, incrementally increase your hanging weight every 10-15 minutes instead of starting with your max weight, remove heat and do a cooldown under max weight.

I did a similar routine by increasing the tension on a bungee cord instead of using weight and gravity. Good luck man!

I was reading about your journey and hanging with fire, first congratulations for your amazing results, and second, I would like to ask you a few things: Do you recommend using headpad only during hanging sessions or with ADS device too? Could you help me to find on Aliexpress some heatpad that fits my 15cm girth? They are the only website that shio to my country.

Thank you, darthoz. I wouldnt bother with the heating pad during ADS use. These things do get hot enough to burn and leave blisters, and the longer you wear it, the chances of getting one goes up. The idea was to bring it up to temp while hanging/stretching and remove heat toward the end of the workout in order to cool down in an elongated state.

I can’t recommend any specific one on Ali since I don’t have personal experience with any of them. However, some things to look for would be a maximum temperature of around 45c, the ability to be powered by USB 5 volt, and has multiple temperature settings. I’m not convinced "far infrared" is anything more than marketing when it comes to these little heating pads. I couldnt find any with velcro, so you would need some sort of straps to keep it in place, but something like this would work:

Oh and with something like I linked in my previous post, you would probably want some sort of cloth or wrap in between the heating pad and yourself to keep the localized hotspots down to a minimum.
