I would suggest you do the newbie routine to start with. Many people have gotten great gains in the beginning from just that routine. I know I made gains when I first started with that routine, and it’s a very easy routine to start out with. It eases you into PE without much risk of injury, as long as you are careful and aware of the signs your dick is giving you. Good luck!

We have several members who do the same. We have active Spanish, Italian, and French language subforums if one of those is easier for you than English.

Those methods are most useful after your pass the “newbie gains” zone. Most beginners - newbies - gain rapidly when they first start, then slow down after three to nine months. The ultrasound and far-infrared routines described by Kyrpa, Tutt, and 5.5squared will be much more useful to you then.

Sounds like a good plan. You can always adjust it later if you need to.

Keep a logbook of your weights, time, and your bone-pressed erect and flaccid lengths. Update it once a week. That will tell you if what you’re doing is working, or if you need to adjust time or weight.

In my experience 45C is too hot on the skin surface; at least I found it painful and it took many hours to recover. If it works for you, great, but if it causes you problems reduce the temperature to something that you can live with.
