Kyrpa experimented in the past with Shockwave with unsatisfactory results I believe. This was a few years ago. It seems like shockwave sacrifices size for better EQ.

Thanks for the feedback. I have shockwave and ultrasound device (the one recommended in the thread). I back at PE and hoping to make some more gains!

Horrible. I had so much work and traveling during the winter that I couldnt continue. Recently things have slowed down a little bit (all industries and corporates slowing down due to bidenomics) so I can allocate daily time for my routine. However, traveling is still in between. I will be traveling the week of the 10th, but at least I can throw a few sessions whenever I have time around.

Thanks brother. Yes of course I lost size. The gains in my signature are at the end of that last period a couple of years ago I believe. After that I did not do any PE at all. The penis is a mix of skeletal, smooth muscle plus cognitive tissue so just like any other part of the body needs exercise to maintain size. Sex alone will keep a certain amount of structural integrity but not the level we are looking for.

Today I measure at 23.2cm BPSFL.

Yo Igigi, I was wondering, after the excercises do you wear any ADS?

I’m telling you, it makes a massive difference when you have a light hanger all day long (I wear around 600 grams). Heck, you might even not notice and go beyond 12” in a ridiculously small amount of time.

I made mine with a penis sheath and fishing weights. IT’s almost stealth (if it didn’t go all the way down to my knee when worn, would be perfect lol). Very practical and helps my dick recover from heavier proper hanging sets in an extended state. My BPFSL became my BPEL in no time with this approach.

Thank you my friend. Funny thing is, all the previous years before ultrasound I always had my initial size in my signature. I deleted it since starting US therapy to keep an update in my signature.

I never measured exactly my length before starting PE, but I estimate it at around 7 inches. I remember in collegue a girl measured me at 18cm and she was like "thats a massive dick". But it was never massive to me lol. What I do remember measuring very well is erect girth at 4.9". Then after a few years 5.2". And the big jump to 6.25" after a year of chemical PE.

my friend, thanks for the advice. Never really did it, but I have always entertained the idea. Never tried it only because there hasn’t been a lot of scientific data over the years, but I have seen anecdotal experience like yours. I will work on incorporating this in my daily lifestyle.

Aye there Igigi!!! Question… So I am going to be moving back into DS, using a vac-hanger, I will also be doing the pumping ever day of PE. What are your thoughts on doing US on top of ADS and Pumping? Would you do them while ADS, and while pumping? Or do you think it is an in between PE kind of thing? US is really new to me, and I know you have seen some great gains. Just wanna know your thoughts! Thanks brother!

Well, the main and most important objective of US is to enlarge the septum. That became over the years my limiting factor and there was no way to break through. US is the only thing that achieved it. At the same time, I realized after so many years that we should not give importance to girth until we reach desired length as both fight with each other to fill that expansion.

So if I was you, I would do US and ADS but not pumping. In fact, following redmorsilla’s advise, I have incorporated ads and ans. I have been for the past week wearing sleeves almost 24 hours a day and to be honest the preliminary results are impressive. I haven’t followed with US since my equipment is completely outdated and broken. Last time I developed another blister and I realized my sleeve was leaking air. I ordered a new one but I really need to replace my vacuum cup.

Eventually will resume US and combine it with ads. Only once I reach a satisfying length I will focus on girth.
