So I woke up with morning wood.

Flaccid is staying fuller and more extended than usual. No soreness or fatigue. One thing I noticed is that I have a better jelq experience when I alternate between overhand and underhand grip.

This mornings PIs: Lots of night and morning wood. Exceptional flaccid hang. First 5 days of JP 90 down and enjoying the process. Today and tomorrow I will do some light stretching and rest.

Forgot to warm down.

This mornings PIs:
Flaccid hangs lower
Veins are more prominent
Blood flow and EQ increase

So far so good. No pain has been experienced and the soreness has been kept to the minimum. Flaccid length definitely seems to be increasing already, or I’ve just improved in my all day long blood flow to the penis. Mine use to turtle half of the day, now it seems to be hanging almost all day now.

Wet jelq for 45 minutes:
I did not count my wet jelqs last night as I kept getting a harder erections than I wanted so it made my workout last longer. I know that I passed 50 and almost certain I reached 100. I was working on technique tonight so the strokes didn’t matter to me. Afterwards I did some erect squeezes maybe like 5, 10 second squeezes then added a hairband around unit and sack (like a cockring) maintained a plump semi for 15mins then warmed down with a heating pad.

My PIs have been consistent for the past almost 2 weeks now. No next day soreness, minimal turtling, longer flaccid, plump hang, more noticeable veins, better EQ, absolutely no pain, and I still get some morning and night wood. I’ve also stopped masturbating so much. In the past 2 weeks I’ve only released once. Will probably start some sort of edging but for the time being I can’t be certain do to privacy and time restrictions.

So my sessions are beginning to last longer because I’m working more on my jelq technique, and these last 2 workouts I’ve gotten erections after about 10 jelq before I had to ease off for a second.

Heating pad warmup 10mins

JP90 stretches:
20 seconds helicopter shake
30 seconds to the right
10 clockwise/anticlockwise
20 seconds helicopter shake
30 seconds to the left
10 clockwise/anticlockwise
20 seconds helicopter shake
30 seconds straight out
10 clockwise/anticlockwise
20 seconds helicopter shake
30 seconds straight down
10 clockwise/anticlockwise

I jelqed for approximately 45mins
Once again I did not count strokes, but I hit a minimum of 50 per hand. My jelq consists of alternating underhand and overhand grip.
No kegels
30min edge with release
Heating pad warm down 10min.

Unit feels warmer throughout day against leg.
Stronger kegel squeeze
More control over oncoming erections

Nice work in sticking to that routine! I believe that time investment is inversely proportional to sticking to a routine. The shorter you need, the easier it is to fit into a daily schedule. Sounds like you need about 15-20 minutes right?

Good luck on your journey usernameofpeace!! Once you get settled into the routine it will just be another part of your daily chores/life. You have very similar stats to me but i see your going for the holy 8x6 haha i cant ever see me gaining that amount of girth so id 100% settle for 8×5.5

This concept is very true. I’m expecting it to be a hard journey because of privacy issues. It typically takes me about an hour for the whole process. My warm up and stretching is done in the shower so I typically wash first and include that as my warm up as I take hot showers. So that tales about 15 mins. Then I do my stretches after I’m done washing everything. That takes about another 10 mins. After this I do my jelqs and try to at least get 50 quality jelqs in 15 minutes with an aim to increase by 5 to 10 jelqs per week but always aiming for the initial 50 quality jelqs. I am now deciding to do my 50 kegels after my jelqs every other day. The jelqs and kegel process takes about 20-25mins. And then I finish with a 10 minute warm down. So the entire PE routine takes approximately 60 minutes. I think my routines could be more productive if I had a better way of warming up and down. The shower works nice for warming up but it is time consuming. My dad already complains about my 30 minute showers. I use a foot warming pad I bought when I was looking for a heated blanket. I couldn’t find anything anywhere except the shirt foot warmer which takes forever to heat up and doesn’t get too hot. So sometimes my warm downs are sub optimal. And the whole washcloth way is too much of a nuisance.

Ahh yes 8x6 seems so perfect right? I feel that from when I was 16 and now at 23 that I have lost a good deal of EQ and had overworked my unit through masturbation and probably lost natural size. At 16 I measured closer to 8” BPEL, no idea about girth as I didn’t care for that at 16. I’ve definitely gained quite a bit of fat in my fat pad now that I know is hiding at least an inch, if not more. My exit point is weird. It comes up and then out and my fat pad covers the whole portion of my unit where it comes up and out of my body, so now it only looks like it comes straight out or down. I’m starting to regain EQ and my erections feel a lot healthier so I am hopeful. Even though my long term goal is only a year away, I would be happy reaching an 8x5.5 or even a 7.5×5.25. Gains are gains. Amirite?

I’m noticing very thin, seam like rings around my unit separated at every inch almost (stretch marks?) Not very noticeable
This session was shorter than most and the PIs feel better. Will slow down with my other sessions going over 60 jelqs.

If they feel like the rest of the skin, smooth underneath, it could be stretch marks. But I doubt it, skin doesn’t stretch that way.

If you can feel them, as if it were a rib cage, it’s something else, and that is either related to PE or to improved EQ. The corpus spongiosum (google that one) has a skeleton-like inner structure, and that can give those rings you speak of. There’s a specific term for it, I just forgot it. It’s nothing to worry about, they will not get more pronounced, and they might even get less noticeable.
