Inconsistent but now I am starting a regiment
Hello, new guy here. So about a year ago I learned about PE and started doing some exercises and it went well, the only thing is that my penis started point a bit to the left. I stopped doing it because my girlfriend had no complaints and I was content. Just hitting 30 years old and being single for 2 months now, I want to start doing PE, along with my normal workout routine. To raise my self confidence and esteem.
I am a big guy, 6”1 about 250 pounds, not fat but not skinny. I work out about 4-5 times a week, and want to start implementing PE into my weekly routine. Working on my man hood as a gift to myself for my birthday tomorrow.
Here is my starting length as of 12/10/2017:
Erect Length standing up is 6.2 inches
Erect Girth standing up is 5.5 inches
Goal:
Erect Length: 7.5
Erect Girth: 6.2
When I started I know that I was smaller, around 5.8-5.9 erect and 5.2 girth.
My current routine is 2 days on 1 day off:
1. Warm up penis by massaging and getting to about 50% erect for about 5 minutes.
2. 5 minutes of stretching left, up, right, down and halfway do it backwards.
3. Stretch exercises holding for 10 seconds on each side for 5 minutes.
3. 100 Jelq strokes, exchanging hands and giving 5 seconds between each stroke.
4. Warm down by continuing to massage penis and then edging for 10 minutes.
Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.
