Last several days have been a little difficult, managing only 50mins TUT each day (mostly morning sessions). It looks like he remainder of the week unfortunately might follow a similar trajectory, but think I’ll put the extra effort in to reach 100mins per day (one morning and one night session). My mini goal is to try reach 17.3cm BPEL (17cm on the ruler including the blank space).
Generally I get a nice sore/uncomfortable feeling by around the 50min mark, which hopefully means I am sufficiently stressing enough for growth. I’ll leave off increasing session duration until I make a measurement at the start of next month.
