Last several days have been a little difficult, managing only 50mins TUT each day (mostly morning sessions). It looks like he remainder of the week unfortunately might follow a similar trajectory, but think I’ll put the extra effort in to reach 100mins per day (one morning and one night session). My mini goal is to try reach 17.3cm BPEL (17cm on the ruler including the blank space).

Generally I get a nice sore/uncomfortable feeling by around the 50min mark, which hopefully means I am sufficiently stressing enough for growth. I’ll leave off increasing session duration until I make a measurement at the start of next month.

Frustratingly I missed 4 days PE last week (Thur-Sun). Instead of getting demotivated, I started this week as usual with 1x session per day. I won’t add in any extra sessions to “make up for lost time”, though I might add in a second session in the evening if I have free time.

I have also started testing out Reddit’s latest thing: “Tunica Release” while in the extender. Haven’t done enough to make a detailed post on it, but I do observe a slight decrease in extender tension (spring type system, so I see some elongation).

Got a little impatient and measured BPEL this evening.

I saw a BPEL between 17.1 to 17.2cm. For peace of mind I’ll claim 17.1cm, though 17.2cm wouldn’t be wrong. Finally some measurable progress! Not leaps and bounds but I’ll take it. I’ll measure the remaining metrics tomorrow.

As for the extending routine, I’ll keep it as is though might try add in a few more sessions here and there.

I got a bit side-tracked and never really got back to measuring BPFSL or MSEG. For now I have simply assumed that they are unchanged from my previous measurement. When I measure next month, I’ll simply update this months values to be in the middle (eg my last BPFSL measurement was 17.4cm. If next months is say 17.6cm, then I’ll assume the one I missed is 17.5cm).

Generally sessions are going good, and finally picking up a steady habit for morning extending.

Heyo Dosso. Yep, I’ve messed up so many measurements, had various breaks, etc. that it felt like no progress was being made. I’m feeling good seeing any definitive progress!

A brief update

I have managed to extend 6 days a week without missing a day, for 50mins at around 2.4kg each day - I should remeasure this tension value in case the springs have changed over time. Everyday I have also done many sets of 2min piss pulls throughout the day (30s SD, 30s S2S, 30s SO, 30s SD). Likely adding up to 10-15mins depending on the day.

So far things are going great this month. Looking forward to measuring day on the 1st, hopefully break that 17.3cm BPEL barrier.

Measurement day today: MSEG unchanged. Somehow I appear to have lost 0.1cm BPEL… not sure what happened there. But I have gained in BPFSL, from 17.5 to 17.6cm. So something is happening?

I will not give up, as I feel am nearing the break-through point. What I might do is keep extending as is (maybe add in that extra 10min for a full hour), but also add a quick but intense pump session in the mornings.

I’ll try a few things out and report back here what feels right. Hopefully next month there’s progress.
