Can’t complain because we’re all in for the long game. During these time, I have went from 10 minutes x 3 sets using 10 toe shields, up to 11 minutes x 3 sets using 20 toe shields.
When clamped, my length would go from 13 cm to 15 cm, and 0.5" girth accordingly throughout the entire stick
I haven’t gained at all during these times, I could be over training. I haven’t been paying attention to the negative signs nor could I ever really tell because clamping does lead to poorer EQ until the next day.
Worst of all, I haven’t conditioned my penis at all before starting all of this; I can’t tell if this have negatively impacted me. And no, please do not follow my footsteps. I’d much prefer if you follow a "program" systematically to allow coordination which aids when you want to intensify or add more work into your program.
The purpose of this progress journal is to lay out my future plans while utilizing fellow users concept and ideas which I deem making sense.
I would say I inspire to become the second YGuy, but beggars can’t be chooser.
My goal is to reach 6" length 5" girth erected. Upon reaching my goal, I will donate to charity to give back to the community for all the information that’s readily available throughout the world wide web for free.

As of current, I am on a decon break. It started at 11th January 2024 and finishing at 29th January 2024. I will resume the 30th.
Pre-decon break stats:
Erected length: 13 cm | 14.1 cm bone pressed
Erected girth: 4.2" upper lower girth; 3.95" middle girth
I didn’t bother measuring my flaccid sizes because it is roughly one third the size erected so my apologies; it really hurt me to measure.
Upon resuming:
Newbie Routine Newbie Routine
Purpose: Conditioning, greater EQ, in hope of size increase in both length and girth.
Duration of program: 3 months / 12 weeks.
Additional comment:

2 days on, 1 day off; giving penis a break so it can recover.
Increasing 1 minute every 2 weeks. Week 1/2= 5 minute stretch, Week 3/4= 6 minute and so forth; as suggested by user Marc678816 - Tell us how much you gained with newbie routine. Progressive overload I would say, as penis will get more conditioned throughout.

I am prioritizing girth more than length as length even though short, is still touching the low average line.
