Jelqing For 5 Months Barley Any Gains
Hi I’ve be Jelqing for 5 months now and I only seen very small gains barley noticeable. I’m 7 inches in length and 4.5 inches in girth my main focus is to target girth.
This is my routine
Warm up for 5 minutes
30 sec stretches up, down, forward, left, and right.
Dry jelq for 15 minutes with 30% to 80% erection level
Warm down 5 minutes
I jelq 3 times a week sometimes 5 times week
Is there anything I need to add in my routine to see some results?
