Just coming back to PE
Hey folks. I used to do PE religiously for about a year and a half about 7 years ago. In that time I increased my BPEL from 5 inch to 6 inch. That was using a lot of manual work I learned about over on PEGYM: Jelqs, Stretching, etc.
I’m married now and while my cock had been performing admirably, I’m going through a transformation to switch from powerlifting appearance to a more aesthetic bodybuilding appearance and wanted to add some more to the. I will also admit that my cock had lost a lot of it’s gains and was sitting around 5.2 BPEL.
I have had a bathmate I’ve used occasionally and such. Over October I played around with various PE exercises and the bathmate, trying to define a program that fits my life right now. I can’t do an hour of manual exercises and jelqing a day like I could before I got married. And I’m 39, have a hectic job where I get to work remote 4 days a week.
So I bought the QuickExtender as well last month and I’ve landed on this routine.
I JELQ 3 days a week in the evening, Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
I use the Bathmate every morning in the shower and then again in the evenings in either a shower or bath following my lifting sessions on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
After I use the Bathmate in the mornings on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday I take my well warmed full cock and I let it deflate a bit then I put in the Extender and starting this week I am extending for 3 hours a day, a break every hour to get some blood into my glans again.
Just testing out this workout I was able to jump back from my shrinkage of 5.2 to nearly the 6 BPEL I had accomplished before I quit PE. I don’t consider those gains, so much as just giving my cock a good stretching and getting it back to normal.
I’m curious if anyone has an input on my routine. It’s varied in method, doesn’t consume a ton of time, and seems sustainable with my current schedule.
