Just starting Out
Hi, I’m just starting my PE journey. 8/1/2022. I didn’t get full measurements before but I know my NBPFL was about 4.25, BPEL was 6.25, and my BPFSL was 7”. I’ve been using the quick extender pro and this week starting adding in some newbie stretches every other day. My goal is to get to BPEL of 8” and to have better erection quality. I’ve suffered with ED for the past 3 years and have been unable to maintain an erection long enough or full enough for sex without the use of Viagra. Most days I can’t get a half erection at all by myself so jelqing has been as been out of the question.
As of now I’ve only update measured my BPFSL to be 7.5”. As far as erection quality, I’ve noticed some slight improvements as I have gotten the occasional morning wood which I haven’t seen in years. Still not full but progress is progress. I haven’t really noticed an increase in erection length but haven’t particularly measured it either. I’m excited with the progress and future prospects of it! I have a few questions regarding my progress though.
Can I expect increases in BPFSL to coincide with BPEL? Is there a lag between them and is there a general gap between the two? Any other pointers for a newbie like myself?
