As far as advice, the best I can offer is to start light and educate yourself as much as possible as you progress. Read all of the sticky threads in this section of the forum for sure. You may want to check out the PE FAQ as well. I will also say that it is recommended to gain length before girth, so you might not want to start out with a girth-oriented routine if you want some additional length. Keep track of your progress as thoroughly as possible, it will help you determine which exercises are most effective (and what to dedicate more/less time to) as well as help you determine when it might be a good time to increase the intensity/duration of your routine. Finally, set yourself a long-term goal as well as some intermediate goals as it will most likely help you to be consistent with your routine. You may even want to track your progress using Size’s PE Database.
To answer your other question, the glans is merely the head of the penis.
