Just Starting PE wish me luck

I’m currently about 3.5 flaccid and around 6.2 erect. I would love to know some things that really help girth because I’m a tad bit on the skinny side. Also anything to help my flaccid length would be greatly appreciated.

There is so much here to help you with what you seek. Anytime you need some info, do an advanced search or ask. We love helping and someone will steer you on the right path. Start with the “Newbie Routine”. This alone will help with both your length and girth. Once you have conditioned your penis with this routine and you seek more girth, there are plenty of different ways of achieving this. I clamp. But this should only and I repeat “only” be done once you have conditioned your penis properly with the “Newbie Routine” first.

Get a consistent routine going, utilize your rest days, and never overwork your penis. Follow this formula and gains will be in your future!

But if you want to make your own luck I suggest you be consistent and thorough in your work.

I find that reading a goal statement every day really helps keep me motivated. It sounds hokey buy i find it really keeps me on track. It re-writes the script of how I think about this and keeps me out of despair and impatience….

I read a hand written document like this every day (its locked in a safe for the love of god if someone found it…lol)

I’m so proud and grateful that: my penis long, thick and healthy. It measures 7.5BPEL x 6 EG, it is bold, prominent….etc

In return for this I will: Follow my training regiment. Put in good quality work. Prioritize good sleep. Listen to my body & PI’s….etc…I WILL BE PATIENT.

I will achieve this goal of 7.5 x 6 by xxxx date (realistic)


Start: Dec 2016 BPEL: 6.125" MEG: 5.5" (5' - 9" 264 lb)

When you get longer, your flaccid length will get longer as well. For now, you should start slow for example: 2 days on 1 day off is a good one. Do not ever forget to apply the heat otherwise it is gonna be hard to gain. Also never overtrain keep the PE sessions between15-20 mins.

Welcome to Thunders.

Pumping is a great way to increase girth;however, you need to condition your dick first.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

Along with what has been said, right coises in general health could speed up and take you further, since our penis is attached to the body and share the same “system”.

Make sure to have enough water through the day, a balanced diet, body exercises and stretches, also a positive intention (mindset).

If nobody said it, just remember: don’t overdo things :) PE is a long term process so don’t rush it, avoid injuring yourself!
