Hello all. I figured I needed to start a log in order to allow for trend tracking and just as a way to chart progress. I’m starting out at 6”x4” (4.25” beg at 9 EQ)

My EQ is pretty good to start with in my eyes but if it increases I’ll know I just didn’t have a good idea of what a 10 EQ was.

I own a Bathgate but will probably send it back. It’s just not for me and leaks air a bit. Regardless my plan is to only do a very light routine. In no way is a big broken penis better than a small working penis. I may get an air pump. If anyone can tell me the pros and cons if the brand’s, I’ve looked at velseal, Boston pumps, la pumps, and thickwall pumps in Germany.

There are some baggage issues that I carry with me from my past regarding penis size that are also something I need to overcome. I grew up knowing my flaccid was much smaller. Then basically was dumped over it and told as much later on. I know now that there were multiple reasons but still, it messed me up.

My main goal is girth. I’m fine with my length. I’m also married with kids so time is not freely available to spend hours devoted to this. I’ll have to hope less is more. This is for me if I’m honest. My wife orgasms 99% of the time by one method or another. If I can change my girth safely I’d like to. Ultimately I have to accept myself no matter what the outcome.

So far my routine has been hot bath warm-up. Stretches and fulcrum stretches lightly. I have to go light anyways because my flaccid girth is so small that I can’t get a good trip without squeezing too hard. For some reason I always end up using my gland as a stop simply because my hand moves there anyway with the skin stretching. I definitely can feel the tendons stretch when I go straight down. When erect my penis does not like to go downward. It hurts. It can go straight out bit any further towards the floor starts to strain those tendons.

After stretching I’ve been doing 5 minutes of c grip jelqing mixed with very light ok grip jelqing. Sometimes edge for a bit with some kegels. Then warmdown.

I use some essential oils in coconut oil after.

I’m going to say I started May 1st just for ease. Somewhere around there.

I do my routine maybe 2 on 1 off but some days lighter or just stretch depending on PIs. For some reason no matter how light I go I always turtle but to be honest my post shower hang was never great hitting the cool air. I’m a total grower and my flaccid varies greatly based on environmental and psychological factors.

My penis when erect can get pretty hard. Strange thing is it gets hardest when I told it down away from my belly. It naturally points up to the belly when hard. I guess it cuts off that vein. Maybe I have a vein issue? Who knows? My penis gets hard though and I’m thinking girth gains will be tough for me. It just feels tight. We shall see. Any safe gains are fine. I know I’m below average girth and slightly above in length. Lots of guys would be so happy to have what I have even if just due to ED. It’s funny though that most guys on here are starting at my goal girth which is around 5”

Let’s see how this goes. Not going to measure for awhile. I don’t notice any gains thus far unless in length. We shall see.

This is a great post. Without going into details I feel you have the right attitude. Going light and easy and being constant.

Haven’t updated in awhile because I’m still zeroing in a set routine. I’m thinking of the linear newbie routine. I like the idea of starting with the least amount of force/time and increasing. It just makes sense to me. You can always add more.

For me, erection quality is key. I’m still doing c grip jelqs and very light stretching. Warm up and warm down. I’m also going to make an oil mixture similar to the vein oil here. I think the idea is too little inflammation, no gains. Too much inflammation, injury or your penis goes into protection mode.

Also, this has to be something I can do in the long haul. I’ve got kids, wife…etc. I can’t in good conscience spend too much time since I already go to the gym as my “alone time.”

Anyways. Hope y’all are well. Be careful guys and try to keep things in perspective. Don’t let negativity rob you of thankfulness.

Just an idea for adding to the linear newbie approach (which I love, by the way):

- Restrict yourself to jelqing as “universal exercise) in the linear newbie routine
- Alternate between adding more jelqs to adding higher frequency.

Just as an example this could be done like this (on a 14-days base)
(W=week; J=nbr of jelqs, F=frequency always indicated in days on/days off)
W1/2: J 20; F1/2
W2/3: J 40; F1/2
W4&5: J 40; F2/2
W5&6: J 60; F2/2
W7/8: J 60; F3/2
W9/10: J80; F3/2
W11/12: J80; F4/2
W13/214; J100; F4/2
W15/16: J100; F5/2 (maximum recommended frequency!)
W16/17: J120; F5/2
etc etc

I usually count for every 50-60 jelqs a rough 5 minutes. So after 16 weeks, you would be at a 10 minute routine of activity. Count another 10 minutes for warm-up and warm-down and you have a nice short routine than can be easily and gradually reached.

The big advantage is that by going gradual, not only your dick has time to adapt and tell you when it’s too much - your agenda has time to adapt too.
To say it blatantly simple: daddy just needs a bit more time in the bath every day :-) (Although I would do it very early in the morning - usually the best chances of having the kids sleeping)

In addition, throw in some Kegel exercises on a daily base. Can be done everywhere at any time and are best for keeping or even raising EQ.

Yes I had thought about getting up early so as to avoid taking time away from helping with the kids. They are small so they can be a handful!

Thanks for your time Richard! I hadn’t thought about using frequency as another variable.

Did a session today.

Hot bath warmup

Stretch L ,R ,SO, D, and a few fulcrum stretches. 15-20 seconds each.

C grip jelqs at 60% erection.

5 minutes edging with reverse kegels.

With the reverse kegels my unit expands nicely. Unfortunately it doesn’t stay that way! Does reverse kegeling help keep blood in the penis in the long run? Does it affect the ability of the penis to hold in blood in other words?

Did a short session today.

Hot bath warmup

15-20 C grip jelqs at 60% erection.

Edged a few minutes and did two 60 second pump sessions. Had to be around 1 hg. For whatever reason I’m very sensitive to the pump. I’m taking it cautiously and am really only playing around with the pump at this time.

My penis turned really red in the pump on the second session. I tried to maintain erection in that session.

Just making a marker here. I’m addicted to porn.

I’ve quit before for a few years. I know it’s possible. Stressors in my life and an unrealistic expectation out of my wife have not helped.

There’s no use using blockers because I can disable them. Also that’s a symptom stopper not removing the root.

It has to be my decision. It’s like I can get sick of it but if I go long enough the urge builds again for that chemical release.

So the cycle goes…urge>suppress>urge>suppress>stronger urge>eventually give in>feel like crap> never again>urge…etc

When the trigger occurs your body physically reacts. Increased heart rate. Dialated pupils. It just reacts. But it cant urge forever. It comes in a wave, getting stronger and stronger. But no feeling stays forever. It will subside. We just have to get passed the peak.

So monitor this. If you get the urge, take your pulse. Slow your breathing. Wait. Take this time to remind yourself why you are quiting. Write down your reasons. Use those reasons while it passes. As you learn to cut the head off the body’s reaction to the trigger or urge, it gets easier to do it when the temptation is stronger.

You can even place yourself in a triggering mindset. Think about being alone with your computer or phone. Then calm yourself down. The more you learn to bring yourself under control the better you’ll get at it.

Don’t beat yourself up though too. It’s one of the most powerful forces there is. And porn is like the grotesquely amped up version of it.

I have written tons about this. Blockers are worthless. The concept that you can limit yourself is basically treating yourself like a child with a cookie jar on a high shelf. Kids will find a way. A blocker you put on you obviously can remove.

It is about mindset. Understanding your pattern. Removing the parts of your life that propagate it. My favorite example in my case was simple. For months, I would wear pants at home until I went to bed. Sitting at my computer in my boxers or naked…would trigger my pattern to start. Unzipping my pants would trigger enough guilt for me to fight it. And I fought. I kept bringing back that feeling of shame. Then…it would subside. But…like I said, I’ve written tons about it and there’s no easy way but to fight.

Fight on, sir. Fight on!

I did a short stretch and light dry jelq yesterday in the shower.

My night erection ached last night during nocturnal erection. I had masturbated probably 5 hours after the PE ( before bed). Not sure what that was about.

Haha… Too many devices in the house. Also I truly believe the blocker isn’t the way. For me it gas to be willing rather than forced in a sense. I failed again just now. It’s like I don’t even really find it all that pleasurable it’s just the chemical release and satiating that base level desire for the dopamine.

I have to aim higher but I’m not fighting hard enough. I get exhausted by the end of the day. I’m weak willed. I must exercise control and get stronger. Can’t let it rule me

I think I may start marking a calendar and getting the marks further and further apart. I quit before out of a fear of hell. Now I must quit of my own decision.

I did a PE session today. Light, short stretches, 20 or so c-jelqs. Very short edging with a couple 45 second pumps at maybe 1hg. May sound silly but I want to study how my unit reacts. Haste would not be wise. At least I’m controlling myself there!

I”ll jump on that calendar idea! Convince your brain by a nice visualization of the consequences.

Start a spreadsheet. Mark every day you consumed porn in a column by the number of minutes you spent looking at porn. And then fill in for every day your EQ level in another column. Then plot a nice bar or line grap showing both columns.

I bet that EQ drops after porn consumption.

And then start to think! :-)

Did pretty good yesterday. I searched for a porn video late last night but didn’t even let the page load up before I exited.

One day semi secussful I’d say!

Provably take today as a rest day other than a warm shower massage and the vein oil.
