Day 10
I’m thinking about going to a 4 on 2 off routine.
The total amount of jelqs in that day will be 80 maximum until I’m not gaining.
But I have made my grip lighter than before and my soldier is still up and big.
-Warm up for 8 minutes in shower
-40 jelqs 40 overhead jelqs
-Warm down
I’m not stretching anymore because I don’t want to risk overtraining.
And I am going to my girlfriends house in a few days so hopefully those two rest days will be enough. Lately the two past days (including today) my rates have been 9s because they’re quick and I don’t have to worry about anything.
