rest day, but flaccid hang was nice today. Also I had a 10/10 erection, it was harder than a brick

Day 43

Rest day but I have a really good EQ right now. It’s at lowest a 9 maybe even a 10

So I noticed something and feel stupid but I noticed there are 16 marks between an inch in the ruler ( I measured before yeah I’m sorry I’ll post it on day 45) and saw that I’ve giving the wrong measurements.

Instead of 6.4 of When I started it was 6.7 (6.8 is halfway to 7 in)

At the 30 day measurement I was was 6.9 so I gained 1/8 of an inch.

Beginning measurements:

BPEL- 6.7

E.G- 4.14

Day 44

-10 minute warm up

-5 minutes stretching in all directions (I read length can help girth expansion if done right before girth work)

-10 minute bathmate

-5 minute cool down in bathmate (cold water) I jumped when I put it in lol

Tomorrow is measuring day so I hope today was not too intense for my unit

Measuring

BPEL- 6 and 10/16

EG: 5 and 1/16

I know on the others measurements I typed like 4.14 but from that I meant 4 and 14/16

Hopefully that clears stuff up because I confused myself

I don’t know if it’s from the rest days or what but I lost the flaccid hang. It’s returned I the normal length instead of a good hang and I’m sad

-5 minute bathmate but the first 3 minutes was at a somewhat high pressure

Flaccid hang is getting better

I started stretching before my girth work. I read that it can help achieve faster growth for girth
