Small update: There is good and bad news.

The stretches are causing me some problems. If my last measurement on 29.03 of 19.6 is correct then I have gained 0.2cm BPFSL standing since then and am now at 19.8 BPFSL standing. Of course, this is all subject to fluctuations, but in itself it seems to be quite good. However, I measured my strain again today and was shocked to find that I couldn’t detect any after 30 minutes. I’ll keep an eye on it over the next few days and check whether it’s just a snapshot, but the last few times I was able to measure a strain I didn’t get it above 0.5 cm. I generally have the feeling that the manual stretches are very strenuous and I can no longer get enough tension on them.

However, I have found out how pumping works for me. I get very good expansions without creating too much edema and I am very satisfied. I also notice that my erections are getting better and I have the feeling that the BPFSL is turning into BPEL. I have been using the pump more than the Jelqe and I am very satisfied. I am also learning to relax the PC muscle more. Using these to perform an anti-kegel is a gamechanger and I think I need to relearn how to relax the muscles down there for better erections. My BPEL measurements sitting are now regularly over 19cm following my routine and the values are cementing themselves.

I’ve also noticed that I used to go with a very minimalist plan and few training days, especially at the very beginning of my PE career. Now the motto really seems to be "more is more" and I am surprised at how much volume I can handle (or perhaps need). Especially pumping almost every day I would never have considered good before…

My current routine:
30min manual stretches primarily streight out sitting with heat
3x5min pump with increasing negative pressure with each set
0-20min edging
approx. 5-6x a week

What pressures are you using min and max?

When i am concentrating on the stretches and my heating pad is fully loaded i reach a strain of 0,5cm BPFSL from 19,8 BPFSL to 20,3cm BPFSL standing. So i have to focus more on doing the stretches right! Also changed to Jelqing between the Pumping sets and it felt okay but the day later it feels like too much volume and i need to add a rest day if i want to do it like that. Will mostelikely stay with the 30min stretches and 15min Pumping and see how it goes the next weeks. Also, i measured over 19cm BPEL sitting after the routine.

Current values (before the exercises):
20.5-20.7cm BPFSL sitting (depending on hip positioning)
18.8-19cm BPEL sitting (depending on hip positioning)
12cm MSEG

This means at least 1.5cm difference between BPEL and BPFSL. Can this gap be reduced to 1cm or what does the data show?

I think you mean mmHg, not inHg. 200-300 inches of mercury would probably end up with you finding the cylinder behind you like you were shot with a rail gun!

BPFSL standing is 20.4 cm after 20 minutes of stretching. The more I focus and pull more intensively and the further behind the glans I hold, the better strain I get. I’m happy with this and would now continue to do this with reduced stretch time in the hope that I will soon reach the 20cm BPFSL standing. As soon as I have reached that, I would like to work my way up to 19cm BPEL standing. I’m currently at 18.5cm BPEL standing after the routine. After the stretches I now do 10min jelqs and a few squeezes in between. Then 3x3min at 270Mbar. As a result, I get little to no edema and am at around 12.2-12.3cm MSEG after the routine.

As soon as I have reached the 20cm BPFSL standing, my focus will be on girth and tightening the BPEL. For this I would like to see which Girth exercises feel good for me and could work. The goal would be to slowly increase the pump time, sets and intensity over the next few weeks. Then also shred down and I’ll soon be at 18x12.5cm NBPEL, which would be an incredible goal for me.

I also started pelvic floor stretching. It feels like i have the soft glans hard dick problem….

Seems like the pressure I’m using. It’s considered high by most forum members. Yes, I did find these pressures do help me grow when hanging at a very good rate. Guess I’m not the only one. However I do find the engorged glans from pumping add up around 0.5cm to the measurement right after pumping but dissipates over a few hours. That is my experience. I also added a small weight ADS to the excercises 1+ pound and it made a difference in terms of BPEL nearing the BPFSL. It’s funny, my soft measurement became very close with my hard measurement, so the best increase was in flaccid but nonetheless the erect increment was noticeable, around 1cm in a month.

Just a warning, take your time when using a pump. When I first started to get into this stuff I decided to start pumping and ended up getting Peyronies Disease because I wanted fast results. Good luck!

Thanks for letting me know! Pumping is not that new to me i did some with the bathmate some years ago but i am careful. Did 20min of stretching increased from 19,9cm BPFSL standing to 20,4cm. Seems like my BPFSL increased 0,1cm which seems nice and ihope to carry on gaining. With the pumping im doing 3x4min on 270, which is a good presure for me to not get Edema and still reach a pretty good expansion.

Today I measured 20.2cm BPFSL standing and 20.7cm BPFSL sitting. So it seems to be progressing. I am currently doing 20min stretches with heat 5 times a week followed by interval pumping (5x2min) with up to 320 mmHg in the last set.

Also today I measured over 20cm BPFSL standing, depending on where I put the ruler it is 20 or 20.5cm. The conservative measurement is taken a little further up towards the abdomen, but when I look at pictures of the anatomy, the pubic bone also seems to bend slightly, but in the end I don’t know which is the more "accurate" measurement of the two. Anyway, even if you take the conservative measurement, I have gained at least 0.2cm BPFSL in less than 2 months (between 0.2-0.4). I’m very happy with it and I think it can just go on like this. The pumping also seems to be having an effect, but I still have problems generating and maintaining a very good erection. I will continue with the stretches and pumping, but I really want to improve my erection quality and turn my BPFSL into BPEL! I’ve also started taking citrulline before my workout and am trying Pelvic Floor Streetches. In general, my fitness level is generally good, I go jogging and to the gym every now and then. My diet is okay and my stress level is moderate. But by my standards, there’s something going on at all levels to improve. I reckon that if I do more Fitness now and lose weight, thereby reducing my fatpad and bringing my BPEL in line with the BPFSL, I will arrive at around 17.5cm NBPEL (20cm BPFSL, 18,75cm BPEL), which would be an incredible achievement for me and something I would never have imagined before…

Routine:

6x week 20-25min. Stretches straight out with heat
6x week 5x2min. Interval pump (between 270-320mmHG)
15min. Pelvic floor stretches

After the routine I measure 19.4cm BPEL sitting and 17.8cm NBPEL.

Losing fat pad is free, and increases your visible size, both flaccid and erect. Plus the benedits of physical fitness cascade to better EQ and general health.
