20.2cm BPEL sitting in the pump, wow :)

20.9cm BPFSL sitting after stretches and pumping. I think I’ve reached the preliminary goal of 20cm BPFSL standing and am thinking about taking the stretches out completely for the next month. I would like to concentrate on BPEL and EG only for one phase and maybe create a routine with a few more rest days and focus only on jelqs and pumps. I would also intensify my stretching exercises for the pelvic floor in the hope that I can improve my erection quality as much as possible and tighten my BPEL. A phase without stretches for regeneration and then starting fresh again in September could also help, or what do you think?

I’ve noticed that when I took a decon break that even pumping seemed to interfere a bit with tissue softening, at least based on responsiveness when i started back to elongation training. Granted, it has been a while since I took more than 2 weeks off, so maybe a longer break is the thing and not the pumping.

Another thing I’ve noticed is that when I’ve been more focused on girth work that I seem to lose some BPEL length after a decon. That is I took a few week break from length work and focused on pumping and clamping and though I gained girth I did lose some BPEL from my peak. I’m still trying to get back to that record length and it’s been several months.

N of 1 and all that, so maybe it will be different for you. But if you go that route, I’d be interested to see how your girth focus affects your BPEL and your post-decon length responsiveness. If you figure out a way to be more successful than me I’ll give your way a shot next time.

Intermediate status: I’m still at 19.9-20cm BPFSL with the "worse" ruler. I am currently doing 10min BTCS, then 10min Jelqs with squeezes in between, then 5x2min pump with 10inHG. My pump size has increased and I have gained about 0.2cm BPEL in the pump and reach full expansion faster. I’m going to keep doing this for another month and I’m curious to see where I end up. Then I want to increase the stretch times again.

I did and maybe way to much. I have problems with pelvic floor now, which is almost always automatically flexed when i get an erection, making it hard to get a fully engorged head. Now i try to do reverse kegels and concentrate on not automatically flex the pc muscle…

Was at 17.8-18cm NBPEL sitting after the morning routine. I don’t think I’ve ever measured that much! I’m currently doing 15min stretches and 15min pumps in the morning and 30min stretches in the evening 5 times a week. My expansion in the pump is slowly increasing and I feel good about the current routine. I will take a few different measurements over the next few days and document them here.

I have certainly reached the 19cm BPEL sitting! I just measured 19.2cm BPEL sitting with the more conservative ruler without having done any exercises beforehand.

Congrats very good to track several angles of measurement cause sometimes it creeps up in certain measurements lags in others.

Keeping the training is the key. How long without long pauses now?

Im reaching the end of my pump (20cm) after 10min intervall pumping. And im measuring 20,3cm BPFSL standing with the conservative ruler in the morning without exercises before.

Since the beginning of this year. Maybe two times one week without training and several times with like 2 days no training.

20.6 BPFSL / 19.2 BPEL / 19.6 BPEL in the pump

all measured sitting. Not much has changed at the moment. But had a whole week off last week. I will incorporate longer and more intensive stretches again and increase the pump time. The plan is always 30 min stretches and 2x10 min pump. I’ve bought a new one that’s a bit different. I’m going to stick to my plan for a month and then measure again.
