Made Great Gains But Can't Use Them

I started PE back in January. I stretched and jelqed four times a week. Never stretched for more than ten minutes and rarely went over 100 jelqs lasting 3-4 seconds. Over the course of 2 months I added 0.75 inches of length (from 5.75 to 6.5) and 0.2 inches of girth (from 4.7 to 4.9). I’m really happy with the results.

However, I can rarely get 100% hard anymore, my unit usually gets to 80% and my erections only last for a few seconds before diminishing. This happened after I did one session of 50 jelqs applying slightly more pressure than normal. I couldn’t get hard for a week and had a very embarrassing experience with a girl where I had to kegel just to get inside of her, only to lose my erection completely after a few strokes.

I definitely injured myself as only a few months prior I would get erections from just being naked and could get rock hard erections from simply sitting beside girls I liked. Basically I had a ridiculously good libido. I’m an athletic 18 year old btw.

I’ve taken over 6 weeks off PE and I still have no improvements whatsoever and I’m afraid that it could be a slight venous leak. I can still get 100% hard sometimes but it doesn’t last for more than a few seconds unless I stimulate myself.

Also, during my first week of resting from PE I got painful stinging pains all throughout​ my unit that lasted for a few seconds . They’ve mostly subsided but every now and then I’ll get a dull pain, but it’s​ barely noticeable.

Does anyone have any advice for me? I’m afraid I’m never going to have sex again.. As silly as it sounds.

I would continue to take time off. What you’re describing doesn’t sound like you should have a terrible injury. That doesn’t mean you don’t, it means it isn’t likely.

You have significant worry, which will KILL your EQ regardless and you may have some injury but…you should be fine if you continue to rest and avoid masturbation. Just let yourself get hard and not naturally.

Have you seen a doctor?

I’m guessing you mean “get hard naturally” and not trying to stimulate myself.

We get paranoid. Stimulating yourself to “be sure you can still get hard” is a surefire way to work yourself up and stress yourself out. Get into some other things in your life. Try to just relax. And then just let your penis do what it does naturally.

After abstaining from masturbating and even more rest, I’m now able to maintain my erections as long as I used to before the injury.

The only problem I’m still dealing with is getting completely rock hard, which did happen recently (without any stimulation either), but only once. I’m hoping more rest and maybe introducing a light kegel routine will do the trick.

I’d lay off the kegels. Getting rest and mending tissue is what the body does to repair injury. Let it continue without interruption or excess movement of the area. Kegels are not always a good thing. Just wait it out.
